Maybe it will end next chapter, that is until it makes it to the anime version

The anime version is probably going to make the three chapters last over five episodes or something ludicrous like that. -_-;

Who knows I mean they went through the manga at a pretty quick pace after those fillers ended until they reached this part of the anime with the reunion of team 7, and although I expected it to be made longer to a degree, I do get the importance of Naruto seeing Sasuke I never expected them to drag it out to that extent.

Never have I seen so many flashbacks and repeated flashbacks from the previous episode at that, just insane. I really hope they do not do that with the last part of that this week. Please give me something good to remember from this part of the anime "sighs"

Yeah, it's the best part of their encounter. But tbh I'll be looking forward to more "You're my goal" type translations to snicker at.

Incidentally I noticed in chapter 542, Minato teased A slightly in the Japanese version by calling him the unruly/wild son of the third Raikage (in Mangastream's translation he just calls him the son of the third). A didn't say anything rude to him at all though.

Actually, Sasuke does say "why are you so fixated on me" in the next episode. It's a direct translation from the Japanese that works, really. As I'm sure you know, Naruto repeats Sasuke's line from the Valley of the End about reading his heart, exactly to the exact words that Sasuke said. And that's the part that you hear in the preview for the next episode. So basically they put two of the most important lines from the next episode in the previews. ^_^;

yeah but they said see and read my thoughts instead of heart and I know he says fixated in the anime but he said care about me in the manga, or at least it was translated that way in the manga, maybe you should look at the raw for that one.

Well they cut this off before Sasuke spoke so we still got it is too late for me Naruto so you can either kill me and become a hero or become my next victim and Naruto saying I will not be your victim or go down as the one who killed you.

Then we get into the remember what you told me in the valley about first class shinobi and the part they showed so at least we know the episode makes it to that conversation, which makes me feel like the flashbacks won't be as bad.

I am most curious about the we will both die part if they say that the same way.

Actually I looked at the raws out of curiosity (485 & 486 w/ flashback, but not the original Valley of the End) and it does say obsessed/fixated (same thing). ^_^

ooh really hehe so someone translated the manga wrong in that part interesting
