maybe danzo knowing the danger of tsunade will kill her while she's in that coma and blame it on sasuke or shizune

true danzou is a snake but not that low he might be smarter than he looks but enough of danzou the lightning nin are there they look really cool

a good opportunity to kill her is when sasuke arrives in the village and starts using kirin and amateratsu. all of the the attention will shift to him instead of her and the village
