If you look at that page, kisame says; "I'm relived it'll be easier for me to do my work with you pulling the strings" and then adds to it “Mizukage” That fact could support that madara is still in office as a Mizukage.

No I'm pretty sure he was in office, and the fact that he WAS the mizukage makes him relieved as he served under him and knows how strong he is anyway, meh, age decreasing jutsu! :3 *looks at tsunade* hahaha oh p.s obito really is gone.. people just really want him to be back for some reason, I just want to know what happened to rin

well, orochimaru was a a guy in a chick's body disguised as another guy so madara disguised as a woman wouldn't surprise me in fact, that may be why she actually IS a woman, to make us think she's not madara

its not madara cuz there no need for the mizukage to think to herself the way she did n get angry about the man thing. while kno 1 knew tobi was madara there was never a case wer tobi thought to himself n stayed in tobi charector cuz its almost impossible n theres no need to it

The chapter wasn't bad. A lot new characters introduced. I'm surprised they made the Tsuchikage and that Akazuchi bodyguard so cartoonish. Its like One Piece art style... Naruto getting beaten was nice muhahahha. Oh and about the Mizukage. Anyone noticed that her right eye is fully covered by her hair? *cough* Madara *cough*.
