How can someone even think that there possibly could be another time skip?
In the last chapter the main villain said he lost his patience and finally starts his big plan...
This is supposed to be the start of the ending phase of the show.

I doubt there will be another time skip anyway...cuz it'll really seem like kishimoto doesn't know what to do with his time.

Guys, you only get ONE time skip in stories like these.

Read 666 Satan (O-parts hunter), by Masashi's brother Seishi, for an example. You'll see heavy similarities in both plot and other things, and that manga ends with one time skip about halfway(+one for an epilogue). Sure, it's also waaaaay shorter than Naruto, but it's fairly obvious that another time skip would only mess up the story type.
