It's possible however there's been no clarification as of yet, no headband crossed out either so it's all up to speculation. And no one (even him) has said "sooo missing Kusagakure much?" but meh, I just thought he looked like suigetsu. Could mean that Kishi is lazy :3

On the outskirts of the iron village? Good idea! Attack a kage and his bodyguards and then get swarmed by samurai.. wait.. that's not such a good idea.. even if he is naruto, having the whole world against him won't do any good, especially seeing as he's after world peace now.
