The 9 tailed beast is 10 times stronger than the 8 tails, and the 8 tails is 10 times stronger than the 7 tails, and so on. Even if it is only half the power of the real 9 tails, it's still 5 times stronger than the 8 tailed bijuu within Killer Bee.
And if Naruto is one day able to control the Kyuubi, he still has Sage Mode to amplify the power even more. I think he will one day be able to control the Kyuubi, because Yondaime said Naruto is the only one who truly can.

sage mode and the kyuubi's chakra con't co-exist they are to different scales of reality, the sage mode is the power of nature, while the kyuubi is well, evil, the wouldn't balance out, even though one is good and one is evil, they would just negate eachother.

Making up random numbers ftl, but it's clear that kyuubi with half of the chakra rofl stomps 8 tails. Actually.. that's hard to say seeing as 8 tails was taken out with a amaterasu :S and his chakra will be munched this fight too :/ I fear we won't see the extent of his power :/

Yeah, it's been said that the ascending bijuu is 10 times stronger than the one tail lesser bijuu.
Sage Mode and the Kyuubi Chakra can co-exist, it's just like yin and yang, and Zetsu also seems to be half "good" and half "evil".
