Which Akatsuki member do you think is Overrated? (Possible spoilers)

I never said that I think Deidara can beat Itachi. Although it'll be quite the fight, I can say that much. One major disadvantage Itachi has when fighting Deidara that Sasuke didn't have, is that Itachi has no lightning element to disable Deidara's bombs, whereas Sasuke did. Also, from what I recall, Itachi has no Katana to stand on top of to avoid Deidara's landmines.

Sasuke didn't finish his fight with Gaara, but he still ran from the sand. He also has the advantage of being able to tell where the sand is going to move.

I'd also point out that I don't even like Deidara. I just don't like Hidan more. You're not even trying to make sense. This is Naruto. There's only like 5 people that act like ninja and Hidan's not one of them. Try to remember that we're talking about Deidara vs Hidan. A post only mentioning Deidara is useless. Nobody cares how they fight as long as they get it done. Deidara is superior to Hidan in doing that.

It's also obvious that Deidara is smarter than Hidan.

I see your point... But this is Itachi! He's not going to have the same fight as his brother had with Deidara, I know that much. But he has better moves and skills then his brother...

Seriously Itachi wouldnt need the sword or the lightning he would **** Deidara from the Get go and keep on screwing him till his little pea brain was so twisted he couldnt tell the difference between his clay and some freaking dust.

Itachi just mind ****s everyone and rape's them, we havent even seen all that Itachi has to offer, as for Deidara, he got beat by Sasuke and He only beat the kazekage due to the fact that Gara became the Kazekage prematurely < in my opinion> .

LMAO!!! That was good... But i still Itachi wasn't really trying to kill his brother... Sasuke was fighting to the death but not Itachi. I think Itachi was trainning him for the fights ahead...
