Overrated is if people think he is powerfull when he is not.
And that is so not happening . Most of the people think he is the weakest....Look at the poll at the "weakest akatsuki member". This means he is UNDERrated.
Overrated does not mean Weakest.

Hidan is awesome, Shikamaru had to resort to chopping him to pieces to dispose of him plus he's not even dead! He could come back, but thats just speculation, i haven't read the manga but correct me if i'm wrong but when you loose in a serious fight like that aren't you supposed to be dead? Akatsuki don't do mediocre every single member owns in their own way.
