I think the most overrated is Pain... If he had all his 6 bodies moving about then, i don't know, maybe many people will die... Hard to say coz i stopped watching so i can watch everything in one go.

Yes, and each of them are capable of pwning someone, well, at least Kabuto and Ibiki are. I'd have to see Shizune in combat a bit more before I made any opinions on her.

Hidan is overrated because they made him seem strong in the show when they introduced him and the fact that it doesn't take too much more effort to take out the immortal guy then regular people.

if by 'someone' you mean an akatsuki member i wholeheartedly disagree...i cant remember either of them ever doing anything noteworthy. There is no shame in losing to shika unless you're an akatsuki; shame on hidan! sasori is probably underrated...

Spoiler its Kisame for sure cuz he has ALOT of chakra and hes immortal when he fuse with samehada because he can heal himself and eat chakra (ch.471) and when he lost to Gai it was cuz he was only using 15% of his Chakra (because of body switch jutsu thingy).
