Like NS & Vex said, movies for long-running series are just movie-length filler most of the time. I hear Strong World is good (and canon?) though. I still haven't gotten around to seeing that. I also sort of liked Shambalah, but it was far from perfect.

i watched many Hayao Miyazaki movies and, i can proudly say that " Howl's Moving Castle " is my favorite..

I liked Shambala too, but Strong World isn't that good, and I don't know if it's canon or not, but it'd be to forced to make it part of the story.

I'm interested in the new Naruto movie because of the Edolas feeling on it.

Besides the fact that Shiki was mentioned in the One Piece manga during the Impel Down arc, there is the manga called One Piece Strong World 0, which was written and drawn by Oda. It was a special like Kakashi Gaiden is to Naruto.
