Tobi/Madara - (Meh, this is fairly obvious, even Tobi acting stupid could fool around and not get hurt.)
Nagato/Pein - (Rinnegan, 'nuff said.)
Itachi - (Even though he lost to his brother, he could've won, Sharingan, graduating at the age of 7 and was an S-Class missing nin at 13.)
Hidan - (Although he lost in quite a foolish way, his immortality should make up for his lack of brains.)
Kisame - (I'm probably biased, but he was bamf lately.)
Kakuzu
Sasori
Deidara
Konan/Zetsu - (We shall see.)
I would interchange Hidan and Kakauzu in your list I think. And after the latest chapter, think about putting Konan right after Kisame :P

I'm gonna toss out something that just occurred to me...

Hidan would lose to Sasori in a fight because Sasori has no blood. His body is fake.

hidan would lose to all, but zetsu...or maybe zetsu pops out of a tree & bites hidans head off. who knows?(then he 'disposes' of hidans body, lol!)
