That wouldn't really matter much at this point. Remember Kabuto's using a form of Sage mode himself, which means everything from his speed to his power, to even his ninja techs, get a significant boost from the nature chakra.

I don't think he's down and out, but it would be better if he was just because it makes Sasuke crazy enough to kill Kabuto. That way, the Edo Tensei technique still stays in place.

Never know till you try. Again, that speed contended with the defense of a bijuu and even broke it at some point. It was just one suggestion. My main point was to support the fact that the Uchiha brothers aren't using any jutsu they've copied and are relying on MS techniques.

the fact that Kabuto even had the bone guy in him was creepy just how many people has Kabuto injected into himself, I do think Kabuto has surpassed Oro in the terms of being disturbed :/

For Itachi he has been way too smart in all this to be taken out so easily I think. Kabuto is making Tobi look like childs play atm.
