Well they have a past, so Oonoki is going to be key in this battle somehow. The kages are pretty beaten up but they're not quite on their last legs. I wouldn't be surprised if Tsunade brings them back up to decent fighting form again.

it would feel a bit like asspull. if they had no chances till now why should it be better now? when madara is even stronger.

It would only be an asspull if there was no good explanation for it. Kishi tends to at least try to supply a workable reason when he surprises us.

ohwell lets hope he does, sofar there is no reason for madara to stay behind.
maybe tobi will retreat and summon them again or use some different plan.

i am still unsure what was tobi original plan to attack if kabuto didn't work with him. If it was just using white zetsu than it would be lame. i hope now he works on his original plan

It may have worked if Naruto didn't gain a deus ex machina power to sense malicious thoughts. I would have loved if it showed that he hit an ahole on accident.

So I decided to read Naruto after a good while of non reading...
My poor eyes were killed by power ups.

Sasuke is as ridiculously stubborn as ever. It genuinely annoys me, but it looks like Kishi really wants to force Naruto into changing Sasuke's mind.

"So Kishi, do you want the rational older brother to show the little brother sense?"
"lolno, too easy."

yeah they're half dead and madara is stonger than he was before when he was beating them, but wait maybetsunada has some motivational words and they beat him

i hope tsunade died from this tec this time, she kind of over did it in this fight
