Got the final episode if anyone wants it, the subs are not as good as usual but after some squinting you'll get used to it.

I think the Korean version tried to be true to the manga as much as possible
although there are some points that miss the mark. And Woo Bin (Mimesaka Akira) was totally without a storyline.

From what I read of the manga, the series timeline was a little off and most of
the time it followed the Japanese version timeline.

The manga ended with Makino (Jandi) attending Shizuka's wedding in France.
She almost gets assulted by bad men. In the manga it was implied that
Makino went to college and Domyoji paid for her education. Domyoji went to
New York as heir to the company. The manga is as pretty open-end as the
Korean version.

Matsumoto Jun, I haven't watch act yet. But Hopefully I will get around to watching
the japanese version. But I don't think I will like it as much as the Korean version
because it was the first 'Hana Yori Dango' version I watched.

Yep, I guess there're more than enough Matsumoto's fans, we don't even have to like him, they can manage without us.
I've realized after re-watching the drama that Mao Inoue is brilliant)

*still prefer the Korean version, though. The only thing is the last scene of Hana Yori Dango Final...it was too fluffy for me, made me behave like a fangirl ( so embaracing). Add it to the Korean version and I'm all yours forever.
