"Firefox has great features, like popup blocked" - dude Opera had pop-up blocked in early 3.0 beta releases, thats when i was using Iexplore with pop-up blocker 3rd party programm. It was with 98se Windows.

I had 2 firefoxes, 1 i installed to try it, and than i needed to do some work, both time i regreted it. And since after uninstall it uninstalled only browser and Mozilla e-mail express (or something like that i also wanted to try with Firefox), but not Mozilla toolbar, whitch was nowhere to be found to unsintall aside rough delate and regedit, reg entries as every re-boot it was whining that it cant find some files.

Are you still going to say how mighty crap it is, or you finally understand that im NOT going to use it AGAIN ?
Dude, what he's saying is that a solution to your problem is to use Firefox because it's a superior web browser. Firefox is simply better not to mention safer to use than any web browser currently available. That's fact.

If you've had bad experiences with it in the past, we'd love to know WHEN it was that you had them, because every new Firefox release in the past couple years has been exceptional. In addition to that, nobody has any clue what you're talking about regarding a Firefox "toolbar." The only toolbarish thing that comes with Firefox is a google search box that is in no way a toolbar.

The short of the long is, you can choose not to use Firefox, but that sucks for you. We're all using it, it works great, and we're not having the problems you are. We're here to help but if you want to be ignorant about it, have fun.

Superior to what ?
Look arround, if you are lucky you can find Firefox skin for any browser, so you get no problems using it.

Opera is the 4th most common web browser being used. It's primary issue is compatibility with web content that is popular that renders the browser unusable or ungainly slow. Direct quote from wikipedia because that's the fastest and easiest source

"Critical reception

See also: Opera Mobile#Critical reception, Opera Mini#Critical reception, and Nintendo DS Browser#Critical reception

Critical reception of Opera has been largely positive, although it has been criticized for website compatibility issues, partly because many web sites do not adhere to web standards as diligently as Opera. Because of this issue, since version 8.01 Opera has included workarounds to help certain popular but problematic web sites display properly."

This is not an issue that FireFox has had to contend with. The entire reason for FireFox's existence were the primary upgrades in security from Internet Explorer. I've had previous computers get bogged down to the nine's with malware primarily as a result of shoddy Internet Explorer security encryption.

You don't have to take my word for it. Cnet one of the hardest reviewers of software in the electronics industry had [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] to say about it. That's right, it's the best there is.

What did they have to say about Opera? [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] there it is. If you're debating between IE and Netscape, both of which aren't as good as Firefox than this should make your choice easier. What did they complain about? Compatibility with certain webpages and a faulty UI. If you're running the Opera 7 beta then there are bugs in that too regarding web browsing.

I'll say it again. Firefox is a great browser and using it WILL PROBABLY FIX COMPATIBILITY ISSUES you're having with certain players and with load times. I'm sorry for your experiences in the past, but I've done some of the legwork for you. If you want to read more on why and how Firefox dominates Opera you can feel free to look at any review you want by any critic you want that has experience with both. Opera has some potential, but it's not there yet.

Hell in 8.7 (or something) i didnt had crashes. But yes earlier werent very stable.

AS for security - every security can be hacked. From outside its very hard, easiest way to hack Windows is from pendrives. And if you think that Firefox wong give me your money when you log into MY website that acts like your e-bank, you are wrong.

Cnet review for Opera 9 same thing different day:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
Opera 9 is a good Internet browser. It is light-years ahead of Microsoft's new Internet Explorer 7 beta. But should you trade in our current Editors' Choice browser Firefox 1.5? No. While Opera 9 is free to download and offers a number of built-in goodies, such as BitTorrent media support and desktop Widgets, these are not necessarily features that everyone needs. For a look inside, see our Opera 9 slide show. We really do like Opera 9, but we like it more as the cool, cutting-edge browser that it is and not as our everyday workhorse for the Internet. For that, we highly recommend the more extensible Firefox browser instead.
