Logia is any fruit that control elements(electricity fire smoke)
Paramecia is any fruit that alters your body(rubber, chop shop) The last one though i don't remeber what it's called is the transformation ones(cat, human, dog, cheetah etc etc)

last one is called zoan and it allows u to transform into an animal logia's main distiction is that its an element and it has invurnabilty the user can let attacks pass trou them
