Robin then Nami, Franky and Chopper because they all have an extensive knowledge in their own field but also in real life...Chopper is a little after the other 3 though IMO
last ones: Usopp and Sanji (yeah same level: moronic coward and ero-cook), Luffy is the dumbest of all!

robin is the smartest is explainable but luffy in second i dont get it much. the thread i think said the smarter one intelectually and i dont think luffy is a intellect. excluding robin nami,franky,ussop,chopper are all smart but there is other factor that makes robin the smartest and that is experience franky,ussop,chopper who had lived their entire life on an single place couldn.t have as much experience as robin and tho nami had some experience before joining luffy i doubt she has as much experience as robin. so i would say robin is the smartest. (i guess every1 knew that but since no1 wrote it down)
