drake for me , lucci is hardcore fighter but i like drake better

and for the fights 'who ever vs who ever' sort them by alphabets order , like 'BB vs ace' , ace will come first

I think Drake's strong enough to beat a good deal of Government people, but Lucci is a bit of an extreme case. After all, Luffy thought that if he let Lucci go, Lucci would kill his crew (so Lucci>Anyone but Luffy). I get the feeling Zoro wouldn't lose to Drake though.

well ill say drake because he can turn into a dragon lol. Lucci turns into a little cat. in my book dragons beat cats

drake can turn into theropoda dinosaur.. lucci into leopard.. but still lucci vs luffy was epic battle.. that's why i gave my vote to him..

drake has the zoan advantage, but I'd definitely have to give it to lucci based on what we seen of both.

kind of an unfair advantage though, we saw one go all out in an even fight, while the other was in a completely one sided fight against an admiral
