and its not as in other animem that everytime all of a sudden a new, super strong enemie appears, with a complete new fraction.
in one piece you get to know quite early about the seven warlords for example!
and they arent revealed at once.
its just, you must see the super strong opponents at all cost! you really want it!

From my point of veiw I think the show/manga is original and is wildly creative about its characters. I found the show to be a refreshing change of pace from the typically boring and ever so generic anime of today.

ya, i really enjoy the whole adventure part of the story how Luffy starts out with nothing but a row boat and how he slowly builds his way up gathering new nakama and fighting tough opponents. other than that i just love how bad ass Luffy acts lol

it gets u into a pool of imagination and abilities! RobLucci is right, the story is nicely put and didn't reveal things all at once, for example the rising of the bounty, raised slowly, not oooh luffy has 30,000,000 beli on him.... 3 month later.... OMG HE HAS 300,000,000 ALRDY!?!?!? once said a E.G. naruto, a super strong enemy comes back to life after being defeated, all the people has to battle more than 3 times after they lost for several times and just look at gaara, the story gets intense but gaara keep powering up and the person follows, the imagination is good but is there an end to it?
and lok at bleach, no flashback before, when in battle, revealed flashback and power-ups all at 1 time, too much to consume.

no offense to bleach and naruto watchers (which is a lot)

Cool Why do you like One Piece?

I've never personally watched it, although I've heard lots of good things. I've considered downloading the manga, but I'd rather hear peoples personal opinions on why they like the show. I'm sure i'll end up watching it eventually, i just wanted to hear your opinions.
