well as far as i know , i dont think its shown in anime ...
but after luffy uses haki without knowing he says that he(luffy) used it in his stead !

but never been confirmed !

it was in both, one of wb captains i think it was marco mentioned that luffy has the same haki as him
but really confirmed i dont remember ...

by the way i just remembered that hanckock has also the conquere haki

The chicks on Amazon Lily are just more profecient at using it, so it's more common among them.
