THESE ARE NOT SPOILERS...They're just my opinion.

What I think will happen in the Future:
Luffy - Will almost become the Pirate King due to all of the friends he will make, except his friendship will be his downfall.
Zoro - Lol I have a strong feeling he will die protecting someone XD
Nami - Will retire from the Strawhats on her own Island due to becoming extremely rich.
Ussop - Will be the Next Chuck Norris lol No . . . But seriously, he will chill out back home with the woman he loves.
Sanji - Will find the All-blue and open up his own restaurant on it
Chopper - Will become one of the most renown and respected Doctors in the world.
Robin - Will open up an Institute of knowledge sharing her findings with the world about Archaeology
Brook - Will find love with another pervface XD
Franky - Will do the exact same thing his master did, build ships of Amazing Quality

Anyways, that's how I think it will be in the future episodes to come

they arent out yet. they are being re-done so every week or so one of them is released. for now only 207 & 208 have been re-released

I noticed OP episodes are best watched in a row. 1 a week with each episode = 1 chapter is just not a good pace for me :|
