i think it could be the first time someone in plot dies not in a flashback

Considering the length of discussion in which you could go into with this subject, I think it's better suited for the manga discussion thread.
Edit: Nevermind, this is pretty much the only active thread besides the triva threads, im going to just change the Title to something a little less spoilerish.

ehh..not so sure..it'd be dif to see luffy fight a swordman and not zoro...he'd be at disadvantage though...would be cool though

and I also don't fully get why shiryuu would fight for the marines who locked him up in his own prison
