Donquixote Doflamingo, considering his abilities, controlled Bartholomew Kuma into becoming a modified, perfected "weaponized human", while deceitfully telling Emporio Ivankov that he volunteered.

They seem to be controlled against their wills. I don't think Don can control minds. Kuma could have used his DF and shot himself elsewhere.

Diamond Jozu has extreme speed, yet Donquixote Doflamingo had caught him off guard and still controlled his will. According to most information on Doflamingo, his abilities are controlling ones bodies, such as a puppeteer, I have yet to see anything pertaining to controlling minds. I wouldn't be surprised if Kuma was caught off guard and was stopped and controlled by Doflamingo.

especially zoro

besides none of them have marines ships or eternal log poses

and most of them are like halfway around the world from where luffy is

the only one who could even remotely get to luffy is nami and thats only cause she is flying in the sky on a sky island
