Yeah,
like 1st hokage, a guy who could fully controll tailed beasts, Akainu will be a guy who can fully control any devil fruit, even ones eaten by others...

I meant his MAIN power, which was mokuton, to create and control plant life, not the part that he could control the tailed beasts...
