I'm sorry, but that's stupid. Why would they need a dress maker. They could always just buy new clothes. Nami's fixed Luffy's hat when it was pretty bad. If she couldn't fix it I'd imagine its a lost cause.

so luffy decides that he needs someone who fixes stuff like this.

her reason to join would be, that she wants to find as many different silks as possible, or the hardest silk possible, or something like this...

her fighting style would also include needles and many agile moves (like acupuncture, she would immobilized her enemy)...

and she could improve the whole crew, with stuff like harder shoes for sanji, or clothes out of special stuff that shields from smaller swordstrikes...

or well, perhaps a person who has eaten the meat meat fruit joins
he would feed luffy while he is in gear second, so he can keep it up longer...
the only problem i see, is that you can't say jet bazooka with a full mouth....

Well, what I liked from this is that you just described May from the Avatar series. She fights quickly with sharp objects and stuff, this would be interesting in my opinion
