Yeah as the title says, who do you mean is the 20 strongest persons in one piece. Personally i mean its:

1. roger
2. whitebeard
3. Dragon
4. Sengoku
5. Shanks
6. 3rd younkou
7. 4th younkou
8. Reighlight
9. Marco
10. Admiral kizaru
11. Admiral aokeji
12. Admiral Akainu
13. Chief warden (the poison guy)
14. Enel
15. Mihawk
16. Don flamingo
17. Kuma
18. Black beard ( think he will be the strongest enemy in the end )
19. Ace
20. Jimbei

Maybe i have forgot some persons. But this is what i think. What do u think?

I actually pretty much go with that list. However I would put Mihawk and Kuma above Chief warden...

didn't include sengoku/dragon/Kaidou for obvious reasons, but they are way up there

@vince, your list fails because it doesnt have shanks.
@DV your list fails cause your saying marco is stronger than shanks(a yonkou) plus u put luffy n there. plus... u said Garp is stronger than BB.
