Sengoku and Dr. Vegapunk [SPOILERS]

Im just wondering about why sengoku is so high up and then when you look at whitebeard and aokiji and that he looks like a wimp also i think dr vegapunk made the devils fruit as how can he know so much about all the devils fruit.
In the episode where sanji fights absalom and he says his dream was to get the fruit to become invisible the a uthor of the book when he was young was called dr vegapunk and the title of the book list of devils fruit.

this is my opinion... sengoku could have an ultimate hakior a body like sentomaru he could have an ultimate devils fruit .

Well the Devil Fruits have existed for many generations in the OP world they are a mystery really .. but Vegapunk was able to identify what they can do and also make objects eat DF's with some kind of discovery of his. His prolly just a really smart person nothing more ..
Sengoku dosnt look like a wimp really .. he seems to be in top physical shape. In the last chapter he warned Garp that he wont go easy on him if he trys something, based on this we can assume his incredibly strong even if his specialty is strategy it dosnt mean that his fighting skills arent good.. Im starting to think that his the strongest in the Marines he was an admiral once after all.
Ah and dont say Admirals can be weak because the tenryubito have the right to summon 1 to assist them if something happens .. so every admiral has to be incredibly strong.
Ah if u mean Vegapunk made an "ultimate devil fruit" for Sengoku then I dont see that happening .. maybe he has a Mythical Zoan or some crazy paramecia type, or maybe he dosnt even have a DF power.

The knowledge of vegapunk may be from a DF he ate.. who knows.. and its possible too that when a DF user dies, his DF appears somewhere else in its original form..
wich could explain why he knows soo many DF (all??)
or maybe there is some kind of logic behind every DF that exists there are a lot of possibilites...

(Some thing that bothers me, wich i dont know if it was really like that is when coby introduced vegapunk he said "he is the one who identified your DF".. )

at first i thought that vegapunk was a giant (greater lifespam) but seeing is laboratory in the Franky adventures, its a no. also seeing the animals he changed into cyborgs it means that the DF's arent his center of interest or at least werent..

Its gonna be a long time before we know more about him.. but he trully looks interesting

Regarding Sengoku, it would be lame if someone as great as him would have depended on vegapunk to be as strong as he is..

sengoku is the strongest in the marines for sure,and he is not a wimp,by just warning garp and saying he wont go easy on garp means he really has the power and strenght,we all know garp is strong as well and he is not even afraid to warn garp even garp cornered many times before.
and no,dr.vegapunk ddnt make a df for sengoku.itl be lame if somebody can make df

and for vegapunk i think he is just a smart guy,who have studied and invented lot of things since he is child i think,based on his place where franky is right now

Saying wimp and Sengoku in the same sentence just isn't right. Anyone who has been dubbed 'The Buddha' has to be beastly. I'm sure he is plenty strong, I'd much rather fight someone with brute strength, than a Strategist. But combine the two and that is just madness. The fact that he was once an Admiral proves his strength. Plus, he had an afro, that makes him even more awesome.
