"One piece" i think is just the t-shirt of roger's wife...

it what pays attention is that THE ADVENTURE YOU EXPERIENCE as you travel to seek
the One piece.

it doesn't actually matter if you found out actually that ONE PIECE is actually a t-shirt.
In the situation of Luffy, if he found out, he may be very surprised, but he will then realize
that what more important is the ADVENTURE YOU EXPERINCE TRAVELLING THE WORLD WITH YOUR CREW to find the ONE PIECE.

i think one piece is not a treasure but its the bond that the pirates achieve while adventuring.... you know nakama thing....

a book of all the crew's adventures
ingredients for medicine (chopper)
maps for great fishing spots (sanji)
the thing robin is looking for :/ (robin)
blue prints to Gold Rogers ship (franky)
a picture of all the crew mates
a legendary sword (zoro)
a map that leads to where they started (brooke)
and incomplete map of the grand line (nami)
