I dont rly think it would be a treasure ..maybe Roger thought of the "one piece" as symbolism meaning that the pirate that reaches that place would already have achieved wealth power fame .. Also another asset for finding "one piece" is the true history of the world .

Thats come up before that One Piece is yust symbolic and that you will have attained wealth fame and power by getting to Raftel(or whatever the last island was called)
