umm definitely not, i dont think so. so far we know how powerful all the shinchibukai are except for doflamingo and mihawk pre time skip and for the yonkou we only know how strong one of them is and that is wb who took on admirals.
we know of his spectacular df which can literally rock your world and we know that he can command pirates with higher bounties than some of the shinchibukai and that his top 3 generals didnt even bother to fight the shinchibukai they went straight for the admirals.they left the other generals for the small prey.

also to add 2 of the warlords got beaten by luffy who didnt even know haki at the time. who was still a rookie pirate. the yonkou and the admirals are supposed to be the strongest fighters in this anime. the shinchibukai are just backup for the admirals

Well, for Mihawk's power level, we do know he was at least on par with Shanks.

No I understand that. Some posters believe Buggy is a Schibukai based on a letter he received. No one knows if he accepts it and I am sorry regardless of everything, Buggy is still worthless. I don't care about his influence or knowing Shanks. Apparently some of the followers in jail are supposedly strong which could be why he got the invite, but if they can follow someone who escaped the prison by luck and escaped the war by luck. I am not sure I can believe in them either. What level prisoners were they? 3 and above?

That's why I am saying maybe Buggy has gotten stronger the past 2 years, if not he is the weakest Shibukai. Those 2 years would have to had made a hell of a difference. Maybe Buggy grew up and isn't as incompetent as before.

Actually while Moria fought with Kaido and is still alive Kaido was more then likely the one that killed his entire crew which says to me they fought but Kaido kicked his ass and let him live. For the most part I would say Yonkous are stronger then the Shichibukais especially since as said before 2 were defeated by pre training Luffy.

my theory of luffy demise is:

and thus a new era of pirates and marines being friends will begin. also luffy crew will be disbanded

i guess time will tell

although it is too early to bury luffy i think his relationship with coby will be like roger and garp's one...
on the subject of dying i believe:

Both Moria and Crocodile could have defeated luffy if not for him being the main character. They both mastered their fruits and were not even trying that hard to beat him when they first meet him.

Mihawk is more powerful than Shanks now. We don't know the result of their duels, but Mihawk is the best currently living swordsman. Maybe Shanks was slightly better, but that would only be before he lost one arm.
