Default Spirit Emblem revamp Bio/OOC thread

Several years after the extinction of the monks, their spirits passed on. The monks always has had special spirits inside of them, but because they lived only focused on the way of God, they have never tried using it. These spirits traveled within people based on personality, giving the user potential that is unknown till an emotion is expressed. The world has been under funding for decades, but even though the monks had the power to stop the wars, they looked up to god, waiting for him to settle things. Even though spirits were extraordinary, all spirits weren't good. Their were also bad spirits that moved within the shadows, entering the hearts of people that accepted evil. These spirits varied from different things, and creatures, giving the user abilities. To this day spirits has found people who fit them, and most of these people are Kings of their own type of land, ruling the mystical world.

Military Points
These points represent the amount of your army. Each individual unit cost a certain amount of Military Points. Stronger units cost more than weaker units. Units' appearance can be chosen by the Lord(or General).

Each land's Lord has 200.000 Military Points to use on their army.
Generals also have 5.000 Military Points to use on their personal army. (General's cannot have Captains or Siege Weapons in their personal army)

Infantryman Battalion - 1000
Soldiers that can equipped with a sword and a shield, a spear or a bow. They are equipped with medium armor by default. They are decent fighters and will not cower in battle. However their fighting ability is severely decreased if a Captain unit is not close to command them. 20 soldiers per battalion.
Captain - 200
Elite soldiers that can be equipped with a longsword, a sword and a shield, a spear or a bow. They are very good fighters and will retreat from the battle only if they are in a disadvantageous position. Also they have the ability to command other infantry units and lead them to battle.
♦ Advanced infantry
Mage Battalion - 1000
Soldiers that excel in the usage of magic. They have control over the element of the land they belong and can cast basic spells based on the element. Their defense is very weak. 10 mages per battalion.
Elemental Fighter Battalion - 1000
Elite soldiers that excel in battle skills and have limited control the element of their land. The control is limited to infusing their weapons with the element. 10 soldiers per battalion.
The previous units can be equipped with a horse for an extra cost of 1000 Military Points.

Siege Weapon - 300
A heavy siege weapon used to demolish buildings where normal infantry can't do. Those vary from Catapults, Battering Rams, Giant Ballistras or Siege Towers. Workers and engineers needed to operate them are included.
Ship - 300
A ship capable of carrying 20 battalions(10 if mounted with horses). Having no weapon installed, its only fighting capability are the soldiers on it. Melee soldiers will fight on board and archers can shoot from it.
Warship - 400
A ship capable of carrying the same amount of soldiers as the ordinary ship. However these ships can be installed with weapons. Note: Keep the weapons as simple as possible.

Custom Unit Battalion - Vary
A unit designed by the lord. They can vary from a normal human to wild beast or monsters. Their abilities however must be approved by a GM. The GM provides the appropriate price and number of units per battalion.

Yes, I am the GM, while negi is also one, for those who already know me, this means what happened to the last one wont happen to this one again. Unless of course I leave for vacations, but hopefully it wont. n.n

Approval rate WILL DROP compared to the other one. Even if negi still is a GM, this time the one doing the approving is me. Now by no means does this mean that you cant have a powerful character. It simply means you just cant have a godmod or ridiculous one.

Light speed banned. I saw a few in the other rp that had this. Well even if they didnt understand the meaning of such speed, its godmod, ridiculous and retarded, ence banned. Anyone that tries to convince me for them to use it, will get on my bad side, and you do not want to be on the bad side of a GM >:

Complete control over an element is banned. The world is built over the 5 main element, so having complete control over one, pretty much means having complete control over a part of the world, which is godmod. Plus i find it unoriginal and boring. >:

The more original you make an ability or weapon the better chance you got of getting it approved.
What can I say? I like original and interesting powers. >:

Abilities that dont explain what they do are auto-denied, I dont care if you’re to lazy to explain.

Well not much to change really, I found this rp to have a pretty solid built.
So I decided just to tweak a tiny bit and thats pretty much it.
But essentially this rp was built by Negi and as such if you have anyone to thanks to, direct it to Negi.
Although I wouldnt mind a few thanks :>

This is kind of a free style rp where you can do pretty much what you want. Conquer the land, ally with the world, fight, socialize, well pretty much like the previous one. However I might add a few things along the rp to spice things up.

You can die! >:O
But do not worry, if you die you can always come back with a new character, however you can not use the same occupation has the previous one you used. If you are King/Queen you will lose your land if you die, however your land can be saved if you have another member in it to take your place, that member can reject that offer, if he does, the land will become part of the one who killed you. If the one who killed you also rejects the land, it will become a neutral land that can be taken over by other lands or new members.

Dragons being beings of magic, Arturia is granted an enhanced body in magic. Although she does not possess the ability to use magic, her body is naturally resistant to it, sometimes plain immune.
Regeneration:
Her body is slowly constantly regenerating, to the point that she has not aged since she made 15 years. She can regenerate even from being cut in half, although it will take a few minutes leaving her vulnerable.
Prana Control:
Very low manipulative control over her magical energy. Her magical energy manifest around her as black substances that slowly float around her. She can manipulate them in to several forms, hold things, burst and slashes, but it requires her to do so with the help from her hand, such has pointing or making a grabbing motion.

Increases overall performance of one's body. Increases her strength and speed by several times. This makes her capable of matching even the strongest man without trouble despite her small body. Her armor can repair itself by feeding off her magical energy.

Black Sword of Ultimate Light:

A sword that converts magical energy of the owner to pure black light slash that can cover a few hundred meters of distance, intensifying the kinetic energy by convergence and acceleration. To a third party viewer, it looks like a huge band of black light, though in practice, only the tip is what can hit, and the light is a result of the "dislocation" of everything that this slash goes through. The tip of the attack also holds heat, making it a wave of light that can mow through the surface of the earth. The concentric area of impact is broad enough to incinerate an entire military cohort. To release this ultimate slash that holds an energy equaling to half of Arturia's entire magical energy, both hands are needed. It can also gather a large amount of magical energy as a black light in its own shape, it would be no where close to the slash's range however it would still be large enough to cover a few dozen meters and could be maintained for as long as Arturia as magical energy.
The slash is called Darkcalibur: Sword of Promised Victory
The light shape is called Vortigern: Hammer of the Vile King.

Bio:

At her nativity, her father realizes his subjects will never accept a female as a legitimate ruler, and decides to not publicly announce Arturia's birth or gender. She is entrusted to a loyal knight, who raises her as a surrogate son. When Arturia is fifteen, her father dies, and with no known eligible heir to the throne, the land enters a period of turmoil. The loyal knight soon approaches her, explaining that the people will recognize her as a destined ruler if she withdraws her father sword, Black Sword of Ultimate Light, a ceremonial sword embedded in a large slab of stone. However, pulling this sword is symbolic of accepting the hardships of a monarch, and Arturia will be responsible for preserving the welfare of her people. Without hesitation, and despite her gender, she draws the sword and shoulders her land's mantle of leadership. Arturia rules the land from her stronghold, and earns the reputation of a just, yet distant king. She guides the land into an era of prosperity and tranquillity. Throughout her reign, Arturia is plagued by feelings of guilt and inferiority; she sacrifices her emotions for the good of the land, yet many of her subjects become critical of her lack of humanity. She repels an assault of barbarians along her land's borders; when Arturia returns inland, she discovers the land is being torn asunder by civil unrest. Despite her valiant efforts to placate the dissent, Arturia's mind is traumatize when she discovered the root of this civil war was her own loyal knight. When she returns to her stronghold she kills the knight with her own hands and begins her kingship of an iron hand.

A serene state of mind. A mental protection that nullifies mental interference, such as stress, fear, confusion, illusion, etc...
Weak Body:
Her body is increadibly weak without her armor, can barely even lift her sword much less fight.
Intimidation:
Killing intent enforced with a sharp cold stare make it so even the most insane creature to calm itself on her presence. Has little affect on sane humans has they dont relly on their instincts.

Berserkers: Brute giants that go over 3 meters tall with massive axe-club like weapons. They are coated in darkness, which makes them go insane and attack anything that represents as a threat, they are also blind which makes them more dangerous in battle. They do not feel pain or fear, and will continue to fight even after mortally wounded. They are normally control by mages in the distance. If these mages were to die, they would go berserk on anything.

Explosive Mines: An anti-fortification. Containers filled with gunpowder, they are either thrown from catapults exploding on impact or manually set and activated with fire.

Assassins/spy: Gathering information/killing whoever needs killed. Stealthy and silent.

Royal Guards: Elite soldiers designed to protect the royal palace. They carry heavy armor with slight magic resistance and posses great skill. They move in battalions of five.

Black Knights: The strongest soldiers of the Land of Darkness, they are considered the elite of the elite each one of them hand picked for there incredible skills in battle and outside. They have the finest armor which are enhanced with insanity magic and weapons. This armor causes them to go in to a frenzy when the smell of blood is detected, however because of their inhuman skills for they were picked for, they retain their skill despite their insanity. And can still tell from enemy and foe through the threat they represent to them. Their numbers are low and are normally with the King.

Built around a hill, it possess a large tall fortified wall around it providing a large defense. On top of the hill is a stronghold and Arturia's chambers, its large tower provides a large line of sight.

The land is not very advanced, using gunpowder merely as explosives and rarely for war. They remain mostly in the old ways.

A massive swing rips through flesh and armor. The screams of agony and despair as the barbarians fall dozens after dozens. Their eyes could not see victory ahead, only destruction. How could they even think of beating someone this powerful. Its army is powerful, its army is mighty and its army is courageous. Even with their low morale, they do not betray their king who watches down the battle from the top of the hill. The barbarians retreat to the stronghold they had earlier capture. There they had a chance to repel the army back. They retreat for their lives, leaving the wounded at the mercy of the monstrocities that were the Berserkers. "RETREAT!" they yell, within the safety of the stronghold, arrows and rocks are thrown but they do not stop the advancing giants. They could not stop the advancing monsters and their only safe place had become a trap. But.... the army stops, they stop their advance on the scared ants. From there a figure aconpinied by black soldiers aproches. The figure was of small stature, but its stare was as cold as ice and an air of royalty could be felt around it. It's gender was unknown, no more like it didnt mater, whatever it was, it had the power, it was mercyless and it was ruthless. "I shall give you the chance to leave with your lives intact." the king speaks, what was this, their lives were no longer intact, what they had seen was hell and their minds would no longer forget it. If this king really thinks that just words would convice them then he's "But, I will warn you...." It raises its sword, its black form could only be expressed as a darkness that could not be looked apon directly. The sword was horrifing, its edge was carving for blood, its reality was terribly lacking and its black light was blinding. "My sword is a dragon's breath that has mow down countless castles walls. It knows nothing but victory." the final words were expressed. The barbarians had the chance to leave but they did not, now all that awaited them was destruction "Dark-" the sword is lifted and layed above its right shoulder. Both its hands grip the handle tightly and the sword is turned to a pure black light. The black light was petrifying, turning the day to night in a single instance "-Calibur!" a vertical swing to the ground. They could not do anything, the black light engulfs the stronghold and comes crashing down to the ground, shaking the very earth. The slash of light that had covered that whole stronghold leaves a frightning scar on the earth. The stronghold was still standing, but it had been cut in two. The two halfs seperated by a scar dozens of meter wide "Go, there can be no survivers." It comanded to its Black Knights. As they raid the stronghold screams of despair and panic could be heard.

Time Lock
With Chronokeeper's aid, Zilean pauses the time on a single object. He originally used it on his own body to prevent it from aging. That however means that he also lost his natural healing and growth. Which means that wounds will not regenerate and his skills cannot increase. (E.g: Lifting weights will not make his muscles stronger, etc). In order to lock an object's time, Zilean must make physical contact with it. Also, Time Locking causes a lot of strain to his brain which means he cannot lock more than two objects at the same time, for a lot of time. Since Zilean is constantly Time Locking his body, he can only lock another object for a very minimal time (a second).
Backtrack
With Chronokeeper's aid, Zilean rewinds time over an object he chooses. Zilean mostly uses this ability to heal the wounds on himself, which he can't do otherwise because his body's natural healing is stalled, or to 'heal' other people. The effect on himself however is greater than on others. On himself, he is able to heal large wounds without strain to his brain. On others however he can only heal small wounds and with a little strain to his brain, medium sized wounds.
Time Barrier
With Chronokeeper's aid, Zilean can create thin layers of air which have a single property of time. Time Lock Barrier is a thin layer of air which time has been paused, making it solid. It acts like a shield against projectiles and attacks. However if enough force applied to the barrier it will break. Breaking a barrier causes Zilean a lot of straining to his brain. Zilean can also create Time Forward Barriers. Those barriers are thin layers of air which the time inside flows incredibly fast. Any projectile that passes from the backside is greatly boosted in speed, making Time Forward Barriers greatly beneficial to archers. That only works for the backside since the front side of the barrier has not effect. Another type of barrier Zilean can form are the Backtrack Barriers. Those are not exactly barriers like the last ones. Zilean infuses one's armor, clothes or skin, with his time powers to block one single attack. The next harmful action on them is negated through time rewinding. After that the barrier fades. Using multiple Backtrack barriers strain Zilean's brain so he keeps only one active at all times.

Morale: Neutral Good
Appearance:

Personality: Zilean is often serious. He's friendly and will risk everything to help a good cause. He's kind and helpful. He's a pacifist and hates every kind of violence except the kind which brings goodness.
Goal: To bring peace along the countries.
Equipment: A crystal ball which allows Zilean farseeing over a chosen area. The area however must be known to the user. And a wooden staff.
Bio: Zilean existed in times which metal has still not been discovered. It was then when he got the Chronokeeper's blessing and acquired his powers of time. And since then, Zilean used his time powers to stop his body from aging and lived through many centuries. Through all his life, Zilean hated violence. He has seen many people attempting to dominate each other. He hated that and attempted to help create peace. He tried for centuries and centuries and still haven't manage to do it. However Zilean has not given up and he is still trying. Since he was granted the power to control time, he chosen to live forever until peace finally exists.
Skills: Gentle Fist - A fighting style which requires accurate moves. The user, by striking certain points on the enemy's body, can slightly numb and calm his body making him lose interest and will for battle.

about her ability: she is able to generate a current within her body, that is usually emitted from her palms. By focusing it, she can utilize the following skills. However, she is not able to use unlimited electricity and her range is limited, especially for stronger currents. If she is hit by lightning, or taps into any other electricity source, it does not merge with her powers or strengthen her. In fact it can harm her, if it is too strong. The more electricity she uses, the weaker she gets, when it's all used up, she dies.

It can range very far, sometimes even show her the whole structure of a city, but it is not harmful and in most cases it can hardly be felt (it doesn't tell her what/how many living objects are in her trace radius, unless they are touched by her trace current).

2. Shield:
by holding one of her daggers (or any other metal core object like sword, metal pole, etc.) in her hand, she can let a current flow around it and create and electromagnetic field. That will act as a shield against attacks. Since electromagnetism is one of the fundamental forces, everything coming at the shield will be at least affected, but some things still can pass through. Depending on how strong the current is and how long the object, the strength of the shield can vary. However it is always strongest in the middle and weakens towards the outside. It is not invisible, but it doesn't have a particular color either, i guess when looking right at it, it looks like a distortion in the air.

by focusing her energy between her hands (or two fingers) she is able to generate a large amount of electricity, usually in shape of an sphere that she can throw. In addition she can bury a small metal object in them, making them magnetic, so they will distract bullets or thrown knives from their path. Another form, she practiced very hard, is the lightning lance (though sometimes she fails at it). It is held with both hands and acts like lance/sword, though she can decide where the sharp edges are and manually reinforce certain parts. However it is unable to electrocute a person. It takes a while to materialize it though since it is visible.

Personality: She not really a bad person, she just loves the thrill of doing something that is forbidden. She's smart, but very stubborn. Retreat is a word that doesn't exist in her vocabulary, so she'd fight, even when she is outnumbered. She is brave almost to the extent where it becomes stupid. She is not very good with respecting people unless they deserve it in her eyes, so sometimes she's rather rude. And she usually she only does things for people when she gains something from it (that trait may change, depending how the RP develops)

Goal: kill her the current master thief and take his place
Equipment: 6 daggers (2 in sheaths around her forearms, 4 around her thighs), 6 little metal marbles (in a leather pouch on her belt), basic thieving equipment in her pockets

Bio: Since she was little she lived on the streets, stealing (like an amateur) until a thief caught her and took her under his wind. From them she learned everything she knows today. Now her goal is to surpass the thief master by killing him, and eventually taking over his position. She travelled a lot in those years, visiting the other countries as well. She can read and write :O
Her family is poor, she visits them every now and then. They don't know about her dangerous profession. Her two little brothers admire her though.
Her skills are pretty known in certain places, so far, she still has to move under orders of her guild. Occasionally she kills people, but doesn't really take joy in that.

Skills: hand-to-hand combat, picking locks, escaping, moving around quietly, blending in with the night, getting information, very good intution/gut feeling, good reflexes and she's very fast, though not overly strong, good at hiding, stealing
