Vampires and Lycans can interact with humans and most likely will, whether the humans know they are supernatural or not is subjective, excorists are likely to know, refugees not necessarily though they may just be paranoid of any newcomers depending on the group of refugees. However humans may also voluntarily choose to interact with vampires and lycans as they are slightly less likely to be killed by them as say zombies.

The humans running around the city do know the supernatural stuff exists as that is what they are running from, however they don't have an encyclopedia of supernatural creatures to consult from so they aren't aware of every last supernatural entity in the city. However the Lycans and Vampires are two of the larger forces in the city and thus are more likely to be known.

And i have seen lore on partial transformations with lycans so jsut showing fangs works perfectly fine

Appearance: She has black hair and bright blue eyes, she's about 5'8" and doesn't looks very strong. Her eyes usually look absentminded, especially when she is paying attention to a whole area. She wears a pair of dark dungarees, with the bib hanging down and black boots. A long sleeved tight flannel shirt and denim jacket with a hood. Usually wearing a tool-belt.

side note: the strength of her abilities is proportional to her stage of transformation. As human they are dulled and only slightly enhanced, but they are stronger the closer she is to full transformation.

-sixth sense (sensing danger and people's intentions)
-enhanced hearing, smell
-enhanced physical abilities (speed, strength, stamina)
-"absolute quietness" (the ability to sneak around almost unheard)
-complete control over shifting into a real panther, and/or transforming any of her body parts

Personality:

She's intelligent and has a very good memory for facts as well as for faces. She is also elusive and very solitary. Her attitude is rather brusque and she has a very low opinion of humans. She's not very talkative to strangers and always seems on her guard. Typical for her is to stay alone, but if she realizes that she will gain something from it, she will ally with others. She will occasionally break the rules. She loves the thrill of doing something illegal (that's why she's a thief when she feels bored). It is not easy to get through to her, but when somebody has gained her trust, she will be loyal. She likes to be in her panther form, because her human form makes her feel weak and powerless. When she is a panther, she is slightly more outgoing and confident.

She moved to San Francisco as a child, with her family being from South America. As soon as she could, she moved out and shortly after that was transformed into a were-panther. The circumstances of her transformation were dreadful and threatening, she was all alone, no one was there and she didn't have anybody she could turn to for help. It took her almost 2 years to cope with the circumstances of the transformation. Now she has learned to live with it, and accepts it fully, but she still doesn't like talking about it and will try to block any kind of conversation about it. She's trained in hand-to-hand combat and keeps in top form, knowing there will always people who know about her kind and hunt them. Yet she tries to keep her normal life as much as possible and works as a car mechanic near Golden Gate Park. Though she obeys the orders of their leaders, she more a loner that likes to stay in the shadows. She owes the leaders since they helped her cope with the traumatic event before her transformation and too her in. The contact to her family is almost non-existent since she has to be careful, but they are so far the only people she still loves.
She's been a lycan for about 7 years, so has some control, but the moon still has a powerful force over here, and if it wasn't for her ability, she would regularly go insane.

Her loft:
It's just a little over 40 sqm big, on top of a building. It can be accessed through the normal stairs leading up to the top floor. Through the always unlocked door, one will enter the living room/kitchen. Across from the door, is a double glass door leading out onto the roof. From the roof one can overview the park, as well as the city.
Inside, to left is a small chest of drawers, containing her clothes, on the left wall is a large shelf. It contains books, most of them about physics, cars and philosophy. They all look kinda ragged and some are damaged. In front of the shelf, is a couch, big enough to sleep on, there's a blanket on the backrest.
On the right wall is a small kitchen, actually only being a sink, a gas stove, and some cabinets. Next to it, are standing two more gas containers. The cabinets mostly contain canned food. Next to the 'kitchen' is another door, it leads to the bathroom. Nothing special there, toilet, shower, vanity basin and a small cabinet with bathroom necessities. The water comes from a cistern on the roof.
Aside from the book shelf and the couch, there is a large table in the middle of the living room. Only two chairs are around it. On the table there is all kinds of small mechanical tools and part and even papers, showing outlines of cars/car parts. It's actually a real mess.
There's also 3 gas lamps in the loft.

Sounds good to me Noin, just one thing make sure to not overuse abilities in human form as they would be dampened when not transformed Otherwise approved and looking forward to seeing your character in action. any other questions?

and on a side note i am very surprised we have two lycans before the first vampire

ok, i'll just add that they are dulled when she's completely human, and the more she changes, the stronger they become, okay?

vampires suck (except alucard xD) cause they sparkle :')

Another side note, there will be no sparkling vampires in this RP, these are the go in the sun and burn vampires.

Lol yes you can being a lycan NoIn, as i don't recall seeing anything on lycanthropes having to eat human flesh, so normal diet does work. However newly transformed lycanthropes are mindless and violent their first few transformations which can only be brought on by the full moon, more experienced lycanthropes are more intelligent and can transform on their own accord.

Though will have to do some more research in lycanthrope diets

Lol feel free to spam it, its a chat and sign up thread, so other than signing up chatting about RP related things is perfectly fine

And that may be an interesting dynamic to add to the character as most historical and literary werewolves are seen as being in a depression when not transformed due to guilt from their crimes while transformed.

i could make a hidden remorse, it could be the reason why she's so distant, she hasn't realize that it's the guilt for all the crimes....
but then again, she likes being a shape-shifter, so that would kinda contradict it :P
