Biography: As a little explorer, Egon pretended to capture all kinds of animals, but there was a specific animal that would tick him off the most (raccoon). His father was a veterinarian who would needlessly help any lost animal, thus crippling the rage which Egon had found. Nowadays Dr. Egon has joined a force that was self employed, and self deployed... in order to find Sly Cooper he would dedicate himself heart and soul into his research.

Reason for hating raccoons: After not being able to join forces with Sly Cooper, Dr. Egon Spengler decided that she would dedicate the rest of her life to capture anything that resembled her arch enemy.

Biography: Walt was a Koren War veteran who became injured in the pelvic area from a group of rabid raccoons' attack during the war which ignited the inner-hate for raccoons for Walt. He ends up going back home and tries living peacefully in a neighborhood and he does successfully for many years, but in his old-age, many raccoons started causing trouble and so he decided to join Animal Control even though he's old as shit.
