it feels like NL`s working to much on his GM work and not enough on his character...it feels like he cant manage both...

Yeah that seems true. I think even the people that have died off already had more character development... even Gedo and Zendel's..

Open your map. You should see the continent below with Maella Abbey, Peregrin Quay, Pickham, etc, right? In between the two continents, you want to sail in between till you hit this small island. That's Princess Minnie's Island. You want to stop there first.

Already did :O Its kinda right there where you are first put into the sea : o

Right. Once you're done with Princess Minnie, sail due east till you come close to the eastern continent, then sail up a channel till you see a small church on the coast. Land there and embark for the next stage of the journey.

there are some key events that can only be navigated once thought...i guess those`ll be the reference points...
