you have to consider that the one saying this is Aoko, who's version of ridiculous raw power isnt very reliable . she makes Arcueid not want to cross paths with her for crying out loud. She's probably talking about something of Excalibur's magnitude or worse

well the Werewolf is a phantasmal beast though, not a fairy tale one. He's more on the leagues of dragons and elements, they didnt necessarily leave, but more of slowly disappeared

ehh, in that situation, arcueid didnt wanna cross paths with anyone, be it Nero, Wallachia or whoever, she was badly wounded for all of tsukihime,

she might not have wanted to meet Aoko then, but that doesnt mean always

btw, there's a line in the VN that says that the church considers Aoko physicly equal/stronger than Dead Apostles and True Ancestors cause of 5th Magic
