There, I've made somewhat of a plot lawl

basically the kazekage and former mizukage are assassinated along with a massacre of all villages ninja (who did it is unknown, akatsuki are taking the blame but its not them), the stability of peace amongst the nations is going to shit.

cue....ninja council meeting, also this is an opportunity to select the captains and commanders of the alliance, later to become either bodyguards or one of the kage since the military is short on members because of this incident.

Akatsuki want to capture the *now* Mizukage because he has a summon which has a "certain ability" for a reason which I'm not going to say because SPOIILERZ.....you smell
