you can, but please choose a clan from the thread and put it in your name... you can still get chunin skills even if you dont have the genin

Imo, you should leave people the choice of being clan-less or without an element, while also giving them a benefit for forsaking either. Things like now may feel limited as people are forced to have similar layout with their powers.

Just saying. I'm fine with it but someone else may not. : o

Also why are the prices in thousands while rewards come in millions?

i just said its ok... i just asked for him to choose a clan (or create one in the future either one is fine) so he can get rewarded by ranking up...
