Name-Moriena Shale

Biography-An illegitimate child of a noble woman and a priest sworn to the cloth, Moriena knows she's lucky to be alive. This however does not make her appreciative or grateful to whatever deity was involved in saving her life. Quite the opposite in fact, as is typical to her, she honestly wishes that the higher powers that be would stay out of her life. Everyone knows she's not her mother's husband's child, but as her's is a family of power, no one's really willing to say anything.

Even from birth it was plainly obvious to anyone with a hint of a brain that she was not the child of her parent's union. The good Aryn couple could never produce a child with such black hair and such green eyes. Not to mention she took on almost none of her mother's features and was more or less the spitting image of the local priest. Coincidentally that same priest found himself dead a mere two years after the child was born, much to his own disappointment.

To keep people from asking more questions than was strictly necessary Moriena was often "ill" and so excused from playing with the other children and going to more or less any social event that might have exposed her to more than three people at a time. As such she was an awkward child, never wanted by her parents, both of which regarded her with equal parts disappointment and hatred, and supervised only by an aging governess whom she hated (the poor woman died shortly after Moriena's fifteenth birthday, an alchemy accident that the coroner labeled a failing heart) and a tutor who she adored, not as a person, but as a source of knowledge. She was constantly asking him on subjects that bordered on indecent (as he often told her so) and she was always pressing him for more books. When she came of age she was given her weapon from him and several books on how to use it, he had hoped it might entertain her for a few weeks, never suspecting it would be a life long choice weapon.

Being that she was rarely allowed outside, Moriena was never a strong child, she was quick, and skinny and lithe, but never strong, or particularly sturdy. Being a child of nobility her hair was always worn long and she was forced into many a frilly dress before finally being married off to an older gentleman around the age of twenty. After their first year of marriage, he died of a failing heart, which was mostly her fault, something she would never admit.

After becoming a widower Moriena took the money she decided to move to japan and learn more on her weapon and the art of alchemy. She devastated the entire village she had moved into within the year and only her tutor was saved. She fled the country quickly following and has been traveling since, learning more about nearly everything whenever possible.
Wish- To become one who is loved and respected despite shortcomings.

Biography- I was born in a small unknown village. My family massacred the town. Heh... how glorious that day was. After a few years of living off of the dead in that village we moved to a larger target. This time we weren't as lucky, most of my family was killed as was I. Which is why I am here now.
Wish- My wish? To become the strongest person and wreak havoc on the world for eternity.

Biography-

Clemens remembers little of his past, not that he attempts to delve into the scattered and dark remnants of the shrouded childhood he lived. He spent much of his life simply wandering the world, focusing on nothing in particular, and dealing with events as they came. His fate, left hanging in the breeze, was easily tangled into the events of the world as fate caved in on itself. He finds himself in a new world, of which he had not explored even an inch. Setting into old habits, he began his expedition immediately.

His own humanity sicken him as it was said his race was to follow the will of a god that did nothing for them. Angels hated him and gods never answered cries from those in need. After being sick of the world he was from, he took his own life in order to seek out the power of a demon.

Information on the event
All characters are human, but due to overcoming past trials they obtained power beyond the mortal coil.
Humans are now on par with the speed of demons, and only slightly less strong than angels.
Characters need no longer worry about needing to rest at the end of the day.
Members can take on demonic/angelic existences, and form contracts if they wish. Members that do this are still classified as ascended beings, meaning the old constraints on ability to affect fate are no longer in place.
This occurs when if you focus on demonic or angelic powers, choosing to take on this existence after sufficient growth enables even more powerful development within the angelic/demonic power section, but you lose the ability to use the opposite spectrum's power and cannot access the highest tier humanity capabilities.
