Hard times don't create heroes. It is during the hard times when the hero within us is revealed...
A world at peace must remember the times when there was none. Destruction and war plagued the world and left it clinging to life, but now that time is over. Peace is here. For now.

But how long will this peace last? People are beginning to realize that the world they live in will soon move back into order. A world where good and evil must once again fight against each other for supremacy is near. Evil is ready to show itself once again to bring chaos to the world. We'll need the people to fight against this evil like before. The world will need...heroes.

As a new hero, you will try to keep the people of Cosmo City safe from the dangers of gangs, natural disasters, and other things. As of now, the Cosmo City people do not know of heroes so try to gain some much needed support from the people if you plan to stay. It will make your hero job a lot easier.

Fame
Fame is something heroes will need to move freely in cities. A heroes fame level determines how well people will know them whether they are children, crime bosses, or other heroes. A hero with a small amount of fame will not be able to influence the places where he does heroic actions as much as a hero with higher fame. Fame can be rewarded to heroes who save others, make themselves a symbol, prevent crimes in certain areas, or from a number of other things.

Renown
Renown is given to heroes that specifically help certain groups preventing crimes such as police officers, bounty hunters, or other groups. Gaining enough renown in certain factions will allow that hero access to information, objects, and missions that other heroes would not be able to access.

Friendly: 2500 - 3999
Favorable: 4000 - 4999

City Control
With all the danger that is beginning to occur, heroes will need to constantly protect the cities that are in charge of. Each city will have a control meter that shows how well off the city is. Cities with over 80 percent city control can last days without their heroes protecting them whereas cities with less than 60 percent will be in constant trouble and need a hero to watch over them at all times.

Missions
Missions can be either given to heroes through certain groups or by random occurrences. These missions will help your hero gain popularity and keep the city safe. Once a mission is taken, it is a hero's prime objective to finish their mission before attempting another one. Some missions will require more than one hero to effectively complete and teams can be made.

Personality: Bitter, easily annoyable, and often serious. Does things decisively, and makes sure the job is done, if not in a completely right way. She'd rather kill criminals than let them escape. Cynical and expects the worst from people, not very trusting. Likes to eat chicken. Likes to smoke.

Raised in one of the few Rural villages. A real star-gazer, she wanted to be an astronomer, despite her backgrounds. She studied hard, but never gave up her nights. She would always sit on a hill watching the stars. One in particular caught her eye. A star that shone brightly, slightly red in color. The phoenix star, she called it, even though she knew the scientific name. Some nights it wouldn't be there, as if it died, but it would always re-appear after. An unexplained occurance, she hoped she would be the one to uncover its mysteries one day. In fact, she wished that upon a shooting star, one night when the Phoenix was missing.

Mokou was indeed the one to discover why the Phoenix star went missing. That very shooting star was the Phoenix, and it was heading right for her village.

It was not a comet. It was not a meteor. It was pure fire, in a single ball, descending upon the village and covering the land in a blaze that burned everything up. Mokou was stargazing that night, and was flung as a ball of fire into the nearby river. But that wouldn't save her. The very river was burning up, steam rising as the tempurature did. She couldn't see the stars with the steam in the way. The smoke... the haze... Everything... She just wanted to live and see...

The Phoenix was alive. It was a being with cursed immortality. A star in the sky that had to burn things to live, like a real star. It had to invade planets and burn up everything it could to survive. But it was tired of this life. So very tired. And there, was a girl who wanted to live. So it gave itself and its life to her, finally released from its immortal madness.

Mokou soon understood that madness. Not quite understanding what had happened, she emerged from the dried out river bank. Her town was in flames. Crying, she looked up at the sky. It was the same as ever... and the Phoenix was not there. She didn't know why, but she knew it would never return in her lifetime. It was true, for the Phoenix was originally a star. It could not give its whole self to a human. It could only give its vitals; what made it up. So it did. It returned to the sky, but lost its light, there, but forever dark, and now lifeless. Mokou was eighteen, and had been about to leave to persue her dreams of the stars. Her hair was black, now it was white like ashes. Her eyes were blue, now they were red like a raging fire.

There was little left of the town. Police arrived, and took her to a hospital in a nearby city. There were no relatives to take care of her. She was above the legal age, and so could not be admitted into an orphanage. And worse, she was sickly now. The doctors did not feel the need to do that many tests, after all, the young adult that was a child could not pay. Any money that had been in the house for savings was burned away. So Mokou fell closer and closer to death...

She died.

But the power of the Phoenix would resurrect her. Flames shot out and spread. The hospital was on fire. It burned. Mokou was crushed underneath rubble and died once more, but that only caused more flames, blasting the stones that surrounded her. She ran. She figured out the system of the Phoenix. She wanted to live... To see the night sky. Now she could. Always could. She could do anything except die. She had to burn to live. 'Phoenix.' A dark and twisted immortality. Mokou noticed she never aged. She tried to cut her hair and dye it to hide, but death seemed to be drawn to her. Every time she died, she once more had her tell-tale long white hair. She began to spend more and more time in the wilderness, burning what she could.

It is only after a long while, when the hospital fire was long forgotten, that Mokou returned to civilization. Homeless, she wandered the city during the day, leaving by night to fuel her life with firey destruction.

Origin: The Phoenix Star [See History, starting third paragraph.]

Powers:
---Unleashing violently destructive flames that can burn even earth or metal. These flames are controllable and can be put out as long as they stay linked to her, but once they leave without a chain to go back to here, they cannot be extinguished by her, and burn and spread, as hard as an oil fire to be put out.
---Resurrection. Once Mokou dies, her body turns into a conflaguration of flames that explode outwards, covering everything in the area and burning, reincarnating her body in the midst of it.

Negative Ability: Death Prone --- Mokou is basically a magnet to death. And not the soppy "EVERYONE AROUND ME DIES!" kind. The kind where absolutely random ass shit happens to kill her. A bullet misses? It might richochet off metal and blow her brains out from behind. The most likely person in the world to get hit by a meteor. Her immune system is supposably fine, but disease gets to her like a sponge soaking up water in the ocean.

Personality: Naive, timid, childish, good friend. Though he lacks confidence in his own abilities and shows signs of cowardliness because of that, Chopper is not afraid to throw his life on the line in order to save one other's. Being incredibly naive, Chopper believes almost anything others tell him. Luckily, a strong sense of justice allows him to be able to tell evil apart from good.

Chopper and his family lived in Alaska. Chopper's birth was problematic. He was born weak and his mother died shortly after the process causing him to be left with his father. As a result from all of that, Chopper had a weak growth, causing him to be smaller and weaker than the other reindeers of his age. Despite that, his father protected him and they both lived happily.
However that would end soon. One day, a group of scientists came to enslave the reindeers for a research. Chopper's father fought back to protect his son and died in the progress. Chopper, along with a dozen of other reindeers, were captured and locked into a laboratory. The scientists were working on a medicine that would reduce the effectiveness of the various temperatures, giving the one who consumes it full resistance to cold and heat. Chopper and the reindeers were needed for them to study on their cold resistance while also testing the medicine on them for extremely high temperatures.
That continued for years and the reindeers were unable to withstand the violent tests. One died after another leaving Chopper the only one surviving. Fortunately, the research was shut down as the medicine proved to be a failure. The medicine's only effect was to turn various body parts blue. In Chopper's case; his nose. The laboratory shut down and Chopper was left back into the wilderness. However he was alone and weak, unable to protect himself. But, soon he would be blessed with a gift that would give him not only the power to protect himself, but others as well.

After acquiring a human form, Chopper set foot into the city of Canada in order to interact with the humans. However he had no clothes so his first objective would be to sneak into a clothes store and get some. Unfortunately, even his human size was too small and he couldn't find clothes to fit. Luckily, there was a baby cloth store next to the one he was. The baby clothes fit on him like a glove. After taking a red jacket, a maroon pair of shorts, a small backpack and a large fluffy pink hat, Chopper set foot to meet some humans.
But fate had another plan for his life. As Chopper exited the store through its back alley, a thief ran past him after mugging a poor lady. At that time, Chopper's sense of justice kicked in, causing him to run after him. After catching up, Chopper miserably failed as the thief managed to shove him aside easily seeing Chopper's size was very small. Then Chopper extended the horizons of his power, managing to transform into a large gorilla like body granting him incredible strength, which enabled him to knock out the thief easily. Chopper quickly returned the bag to the lady. The lady asked him "What kind of cute creature are you?". Chopper looked at himself and realized he had acquire a small bipedal reindeer form. His jacket was ripped off during his previous form, causing it to barely hang from his back like a cape. Chopper quickly looked his surroundings and replied; "Chopper Man! The super reindeer!!". Since then, Chopper has been fighting crime under the alias of Chopperman. How he came up with Tony Tony as his fist name is... another story.

Some time after arriving at Cosmo City, Chopperman started hibernating. A fellow hero, named Jitter Girl, decided to carry him around as a teddy bear. However when the Red Baron attacked her school to kidnap a boy named Nikola, Chopper was accidentally taken along. Of course, the Red Baron could not recognize him. As the Baron brought the two to Ivan Quill, an evil genius mastermind, he immediately recognize Chopperman. Seeing he was in an unconscious state, he decided to experiment on his body. After some time, Chopperman was modified both mechanically and genetically. His powers were enhanced. He was also given some new ones as well. The method used is unknown.

Origin: Suddenly, a strange meteor has fallen on earth; specifically Alaska, where Chopper lived. The meteor polluted the water around the area causing anyone that drinks it to quickly collapse dead. However Chopper survived after drinking it. His body contained a special antibody probably from the medicine the scientists tested on him that helped fight the lethal germs in the polluted water. What's left altered Chopper genetically rewarding him with a unique power; the power to shapeshift his body. At first Chopper was scared seeing his image shift randomly. However soon, he managed to control it and take forms that helped him survive. Little did he know that the medicine the scientists tested on him, gave him an intelligence akin to a human. He was soon able to talk like a human, even take a human's form and blend among them. Later he was experimented on by the villain Ivan Quill, granting him additional powers while also augmenting his current ones.

Powers: Chopper has the ability to shapeshift his body into many forms. However he keeps a "limit" of three forms, as those three are the ones he is comfortable with.

• Chopper Man Form: A small bipedal hybrid of a reindeer. [see appearance] Chopper uses his form as his Chopper Man appearance. This form offers him nothing but the ability to dodge attacks and fit into small spaces.
• Human Form: A small child. [see secret identity] Chopper uses this form to interact with humans when not in his Chopper Man duty. This form offers him the ability to blend in among humans as well as the ability to hide his superhero status.
• Heavy Form: A large gorrila-like form. [see this] Chopper uses this form during combat. This form increases his size by a lot, offering him extreme strength, high stamina and the ability to run faster -as one step equals to ten during Chopper Man form- while also his new height allows him to reach places he wouldn't otherwise.
• Monster Form: A large monstrous form. [see this] Chopper acquires this form after Ivan Quill's experiments. During this form his stamina skyrockets, making him able to withstand countless wounds. Also his strength increases tenfold. In this form, Chopper's size is three times that of his Heavy Form.

Abilities: Being a Reindeer gives Chopper a natural resistance to cold while simultaneously gives him a weakness to intense heat.
Weapons: Chopper Man Cape. Chopper's cape gained the ability to grant flight after he accidentally dropped it into a machine inside a laboratory during an incident.
During his experiments, Ivan Quill replaced Chopper's body parts with certain cyborg upgrades. Somehow he managed to make them morph along with him. The upgrades are the following.

• I.Q.U.A.I - Ivan Quill's Ultimate Artificial Intelligence. Chopper's brain has been modified so he has direct control over his body. His mind is trapped into a coma state.
• Impact Fist - Chopper's fists have been equipped with two internal devices that have the ability to absorb kinetic energy and make use of it. The user can release it back or convert it to electrical energy for other usage.
• I.Q. Eyes - Chopper's eyes have been equipped by a lens system that can switch from normal vision to night and thermal. They are also capable of firing two rays of incinerating laser. However the energy supply within Chopper allows only two shots. For further use he needs to resupply.
• Force Feet - Chopper's feet have been equipped with Ivan Quill's trademark Force Boots. However slightly modified to fit inside his little feet. The Force Feet are able to release kinetic energy constantly, pushing the user off the ground and enable them to move at a quicker rate without exhausting themselves. They are also capable of blasting the energy instantly, causing them to instantly move towards a location, launch themselves in the air or even used offensively to attack an opponent.

Personality: Due to his upbringing, Petros is a solitary hero. He works to save the people when he can, but tends to shy out from getting attention or accolades. While he is capable of working together with others, he tends to avoid getting into partnerships opting to work alone in any issues he may confront.

Curtis Johnson was born 18 years ago in a big metropolis city in the United States. His family was well off, part of the middle class. As a child, he got along well with the rest of his family. He argued with his parents on few occasions, usually due to his own immaturity as is the norm of most children. His school life went just as well. He wasn’t an A+ honors student, but he made many friends with the other children in his class. He often spent time by the docks of the city, skipping stones with his friends and playing around.

It wasn’t until his second year in middle school that Curtis’s life began to make big changes. While Curtis got along well with his parents, the same couldn’t be said about them with each other. They hid their fighting and arguing from Curtis until it came to a boil when he turned 13, the same year puberty began for him. His parents filed for divorce and quickly split from each other; his mother moving only 30 minutes away in an apartment of her own. Curtis was forced to live with both his parents, one week with Dad and one week with Mom, very rarely seeing either of them anymore now that they were single. This change in life style mixed with the crazy hormones in his bodies gradually changed Curtis’s personality into becoming more of a loner and self-reliant person.

He kept up his appearance of being a friendly guy in school, helping people when they need it and such. When others invited him to play with them, he often turned them down making various excuses. In actuality, he was either by the docks throwing stones like he did as a child, keeping up his regular exercise or studying alone by himself in his room. This continued on until his Junior year in high school when he was 16, when the accident occurred.

At 18, he moved to Cosmo City under the guise of a college student. His real motive for going to Cosmo City was because he heard the need for help from its innocent civilians and the cackling laughter of the criminals. He scheduled his classes so that he got ones that were partly or entirely online, giving him the free time he needed. Being a Full time college student and a hero would be difficult, but it’s what he decided he’d do with his powers.

Curtis was in his Junior year of High School and was pretty well off. His grades were near the top and was friendly with all the other people in the class. The city was above with the news of a meteor shower that was going to be slightly visible from the tops of the tallest buildings. Even though he was invited by a few of his classmates to join them in viewing them, he turned them down in favor of getting a good night’s sleep. They tried to persuade him into coming, telling him about how special it would be. The meteor shower would be made of thousands of flying that gave off strange readings to the scientists who located them. It was guessed that they’d give off a bright blue glow that was unheard of before. Stubbornly, Curtis declined the invitation again. The others left him alone and Curtis continued his day as normal.

The next day, the rest of the class was disappointed by the shower last night. They said it was impossible to see anything and commented on how lucky Curtis was that he actually got to sleep. The day passed as normal and Curtis decided to head to the docks as he usually did. He threw a few rocks before walking around and examining the area. It was as clean as it had been years ago. As he started into the stones around the area, a certain rock gets his attention. It was pretty small, but seemed to have veins of blueness running through it. As he went to throw it, his arm froze and the paralysis seemed to move into the rest of his body. The blue that was in the stone passed into his arms, making his veins visibly blue. This spread through the rest of his body, before the world turned to dark before him.

Waking up several hours in a daze, he struggled to his feet and staggered off. His intention was to head home, but his mind was scrambled from before. He found his way into the slums of the city where people tended to be more aggressive towards outsiders. Falling onto the ground near a playground, he watched as several children moved towards him. They poked him and moved away when he told them to back off. This time they picked up stones and threw them at Curtis. A few stones hit and Curtis winced in pain. As the children prepared to throw more, Curtis yelled out for them to stop. The veins in his body glowed blue and the rocks flew from the children’s hands and away from the area in general. The children screamed and ran from him, frightened by what happened. Wanting to get away before anyone came back, Curtis moved quickly back the way he came.

An hour later, he was feeling better and his mind was in order. He knew how to get home now, but what happened earlier continued to bother him. At first he thought the stone was just a dream, but the incident with the children proved it wasn’t. The rocks just seemed to fly away when he yelled for them to stop and the veins in his arm glowed blue. As ridiculous as he thought it was, he thought he’d gained some kind of Telekinesis somehow. He decided to try it out, just to see if he really was some kind of mentally gifted person. Looking around, he spotted a car not a few feet from him. He focused his mind intensely not it, trying to lift it up. As he did, the car started up and drove away. Surprised, he looked into car only to find that there was a person in it. Telekinesis was just fiction anyways, he must’ve just been crazy at the time. Deciding he’d wasted enough time, he decided to head home. Crossing through the field would’ve been the quickest way so he did. He ran, already pretty late and probably making his mother worry, he tripped on a random rock and fell towards the ground. As he fell, he put his arms up to his eyes to block the dirt from getting in them. However, he found that he didn’t fall. Instead a hand of dirt held him up, keeping him from falling.

Rocks, Dirt? It wasn’t telekinesis, but a specialized form that only worked on Earth! Rushing home, he went straight to bed. Over the next year, he would practice his powers in secret. Learning the different ways to use them and their current limits. He could only guess on some of the limits, as not all the things he needed were readily available. He learned that his power has given him one major weakness in his time training. This is extremely lower temperatures, usually around the freezing point of water. Since his powers seem to involve his blood, cold temperatures slow down his blood and weaken his ability to control or manipulate the earth. This needs to be on a big scale, ice cubes in a drink will have insignificant effects on him.

He also worked on different ways of using his powers while being discreet, forcing him to take different approaches when using them.

Hero Name: Rush

Real Name: Wyatt Hawk

Secret Identity: N/A, He's human.

Personality: Wyatt was originally a calm and serious physics student. He prioritized school to social needs out of the desire to not become like his old man, who gambled with every small check he ever got to try and get out of debt, getting fired left and right for lack of motivation to work, despite his qualification. However his personality took on many adjustments after the incident in which he gains his powers. It wasn't out of selfishness though after gaining power, that he changed, but rather he needed to change in order to keep those around him safe. Wyatt suffers from severe anger outbreak problems due to his insomnia and stress building up. In addition his original calm and calculated self is no more, he's very impatient and constantly trying to keep his adrenaline high through life and death experiences. He participates in anti criminal activity as a means to keep himself active, to protect the people from himself, rather than street thugs. He isn't afraid of making dark sacrifices for the greater good, and does not consider himself a "hero".

Origin: A Forth year physics major and role model student. Wyatt had written many papers through out his years asn was considered a genius by both his peers and teachers. However one paper should never have been written, it was one on radiation, and the possibility of expanding research in the field to create mutated soldiers to fight in wars. Although an honor student and a genius, he was also still a naive kid in his late teens at the time, it was only a cool idea to him that he did a lot of reearch on. However the paper was brought up again 2 years after he wrote it, and he was asked to work in a lab for the completetion of the project. He laughed at the idea, saying it was just some rambling he wrote in the past, but a humans greed cannot be underestimated, as he was forced to carry on the expiraments or to have all his scholarships removed. To a man who grew up in a family full of debt, having to pay for his own schooling was not a possible feat, so he agreed.

He carried on the research while attending school, and after many successful trials, the title genius became not just a classification, but a title. Shortly after they began human expiramentation, however faulty equipment repairment caused a terrible incident. Too much exposure lead to mutated soldiers becoming beasts, unable to control the powers they went berserk. Security couldn't do anything to restrain them, however the exposure was to severe, and eventually they died on their own despite not being stopped. The faculty was shut down and closed off, and wyatt would resume school as a full time student once again, or so he thought.

The "genius" was all talk after all, the gossip was the center of the school for quite sometime. However what annoyed Wyatt wasn't that everyone was talking about him, but that he couldn't ignore them. Distan voices were unnaturally loud in his head, causing him to become paranoid. His body also felt incredibly light, but he didn't notice anything at the time. That was until he was attacked by a stray dog, he noticed as he ran away, there was no way he should be able to move so quickly. He didnt do much activity, so he hadn't noticed until now. He began expiraments and began to discover mutations with in his own body. He was ready to tell the world it wasn't a failure after all, his theory was right, but he was exhausted from over work so he waited for the next morning. However, when he woke up, he found himself amongst a heep of rubble which used to be his house. Luckily he lived in the village outskirts, so the damage was limited, but he constantly had horrible vissions of what happened. It wasn't until the second time it occured though that he realized what triggered the event.

Hero Name: Jitter Girl (sometimes mockingly/affectionately called Jitters)

Age: 17

Personality: Maki is very shy and as a result also very quiet. Since she is quite inconspicuous, she doesn't stand out. Most people that appeared in her vicinity didn't even notice that she exists. This might be also enhanced by the fact that she has a small frame. On the inside, she is patient, conscientious and cheerful. The fact that she is rather secluded doesn't bother her. This has started to change since she acquired her powers, she is slowly becoming an existence that is recognized. Although her inconspicuousness didn't disappear, her actions as a hero make her known. Due to it, she is also forced to communicate with people more.

History:

Born into the family of university teachers, Maki has always been encouraged to be intellectual. Their house was filled with books, and she spent her childhood in the library, reading anything that came her way. This made her more mature than kids her age usually are. On the other side, her parents also realised the dangers of the modern society, and they subscribed Maki into the Kobudo club at the age of 6, which lead to her high proficiency with several types of weapons of this style. Her school life was always very peaceful. Due to her personality, she was never noticed much, sometimes she felt as if she were invisible. But at the age of 11, she was kidnapped by an Organization, a shady institution performing experiments on humans in order to gain an army of super-humans, brain-washed to do their bidding; this experience changed her life forever. Being clever enough to not reveal her true potential, she passed her time with the Organization without incidents and avoided more extreme types of brain-washing, but of course, her body was unalterably modified.

After getting a basic grasp on her newly gained power, she used it to escape the facility. Due to her nature, she managed to slip out without causing any major alarm, and ever since then, she was living alone despite being only 14 at the time. She knew she couldn't return home - that's the first place the Organization would check when looking for her - so she found a part-time job and continued her education, entering a local high-school. As she was getting used to her new, free life, it became apparent that her stay with the Organization didn't leave her unscathed. Without the medication she was kept on while in the facility, she often experienced searing headaches; their frequency increasing the longer she used the power. These were so bad that they could potentially leave her momentarily paralysed if she overdid it. Until she reached her last year of high-school, she developped some breathing techniques that allowed her to keep the pain in check, but they required absolute concentration and peace of mind. History: Da history is lack luster to say the least. He grew up in a happy home on earth, free of any real life turning event. This all changed on his 16 birthday. It was during a class trip to some random trip to a Greek museum. It was there where he stumbled upon an odd looking tapestry. The moment he looked into it, he was taken inside to the world of the Moirae. After some story like talking and visions of what could be, they named him The Oracle and bestowed his powers on to him. Sadly he did not know the power would give him another personality. A real star-gazer, she wanted to be an astronomer, despite her backgrounds. She studied hard, but never gave up her nights. She would always sit on a hill watching the stars. One in particular caught her eye. A star that shone brightly, slightly red in color. The phoenix star, she called it, even though she knew the scientific name. Some nights it wouldn't be there, as if it died, but it would always re-appear after. An unexplained occurance, she hoped she would be the one to uncover its mysteries one day. In fact, she wished that upon a shooting star, one night when the Phoenix was missing. Mokou was indeed the one to discover why the Phoenix star went missing. That very shooting star was the Phoenix, and it was heading right for her village. It was not a comet. It was not a meteor. It was pure fire, in a single ball, descending upon the village and covering the land in a blaze that burned everything up. Mokou was stargazing that night, and was flung as a ball of fire into the nearby river. But that wouldn't save her. The very river was burning up, steam rising as the tempurature did. She couldn't see the stars with the steam in the way. The smoke... the haze... Everything... She just wanted to live and see... The Phoenix was alive. It was a being with cursed immortality. A star in the sky that had to burn things to live, like a real star. It had to invade planets and burn up everything it could to survive. But it was tired of this life. So very tired. And there, was a girl who wanted to live. So it gave itself and its life to her, finally released from its immortal madness. Mokou soon understood that madness. Not quite understanding what had happened, she emerged from the dried out river bank. Her town was in flames. Crying, she looked up at the sky. It was the same as ever... and the Phoenix was not there. She didn't know why, but she knew it would never return in her lifetime. It was true, for the Phoenix was originally a star. It could not give its whole self to a human. It could only give its vitals; what made it up. So it did. It returned to the sky, but lost its light, there, but forever dark, and now lifeless. Mokou was eighteen, and had been about to leave to persue her dreams of the stars. Her hair was black, now it was white like ashes. Her eyes were blue, now they were red like a raging fire. There was little left of the town. Police arrived, and took her to a hospital in a nearby city. There were no relatives to take care of her. She was above the legal age, and so could not be admitted into an orphanage. And worse, she was sickly now. The doctors did not feel the need to do that many tests, after all, the young adult that was a child could not pay. Any money that had been in the house for savings was burned away. So Mokou fell closer and closer to death... She died. But the power of the Phoenix would resurrect her. Flames shot out and spread. The hospital was on fire. It burned. Mokou was crushed underneath rubble and died once more, but that only caused more flames, blasting the stones that surrounded her. She ran. She figured out the system of the Phoenix. She wanted to live... To see the night sky. Now she could. Always could. She could do anything except die. She had to burn to live. 'Phoenix.' A dark and twisted immortality. Mokou noticed she never aged. She tried to cut her hair and dye it to hide, but death seemed to be drawn to her. Every time she died, she once more had her tell-tale long white hair. She began to spend more and more time in the wilderness, burning what she could. It is only after a long while, when the hospital fire was long forgotten, that Mokou returned to civilization. Homeless, she wandered the city during the day, leaving by night to fuel her life with firey destruction. Once Mokou dies, her body turns into a conflaguration of flames that explode outwards, covering everything in the area and burning, reincarnating her body in the midst of it. Though he lacks confidence in his own abilities and shows signs of cowardliness because of that, Chopper is not afraid to throw his life on the line in order to save one other's. Being incredibly naive, Chopper believes almost anything others tell him. Luckily, a strong sense of justice allows him to be able to tell evil apart from good. History: Spoiler Chopper and his family lived in Alaska. Chopper's birth was problematic. He was born weak and his mother died shortly after the process causing him to be left with his father. As a result from all of that, Chopper had a weak growth, causing him to be smaller and weaker than the other reindeers of his age. Despite that, his father protected him and they both lived happily. However that would end soon. One day, a group of scientists came to enslave the reindeers for a research. Chopper's father fought back to protect his son and died in the progress. Chopper, along with a dozen of other reindeers, were captured and locked into a laboratory. The scientists were working on a medicine that would reduce the effectiveness of the various temperatures, giving the one who consumes it full resistance to cold and heat. Chopper and the reindeers were needed for them to study on their cold resistance while also testing the medicine on them for extremely high temperatures. That continued for years and the reindeers were unable to withstand the violent tests. One died after another leaving Chopper the only one surviving. Fortunately, the research was shut down as the medicine proved to be a failure. The medicine's only effect was to turn various body parts blue. In Chopper's case; his nose. The laboratory shut down and Chopper was left back into the wilderness. However he was alone and weak, unable to protect himself. But, soon he would be blessed with a gift that would give him not only the power to protect himself, but others as well. [read origin] After acquiring a human form, Chopper set foot into the city of Canada in order to interact with the humans. However he had no clothes so his first objective would be to sneak into a clothes store and get some. Unfortunately, even his human size was too small and he couldn't find clothes to fit. Luckily, there was a baby cloth store next to the one he was. The baby clothes fit on him like a glove. After taking a red jacket, a maroon pair of shorts, a small backpack and a large fluffy pink hat, Chopper set foot to meet some humans. But fate had another plan for his life. As Chopper exited the store through its back alley, a thief ran past him after mugging a poor lady. At that time, Chopper's sense of justice kicked in, causing him to run after him. After catching up, Chopper miserably failed as the thief managed to shove him aside easily seeing Chopper's size was very small. Then Chopper extended the horizons of his power, managing to transform into a large gorilla like body granting him incredible strength, which enabled him to knock out the thief easily. Chopper quickly returned the bag to the lady. The lady asked him "What kind of cute creature are you?". Chopper looked at himself and realized he had acquire a small bipedal reindeer form. His jacket was ripped off during his previous form, causing it to barely hang from his back like a cape. Chopper quickly looked his surroundings and replied; "Chopper Man! The super reindeer!!". Since then, Chopper has been fighting crime under the alias of Chopperman. How he came up with Tony Tony as his fist name is... another story. Some time after arriving at Cosmo City, Chopperman started hibernating. A fellow hero, named Jitter Girl, decided to carry him around as a teddy bear. However when the Red Baron attacked her school to kidnap a boy named Nikola, Chopper was accidentally taken along. Of course, the Red Baron could not recognize him. As the Baron brought the two to Ivan Quill, an evil genius mastermind, he immediately recognize Chopperman. Seeing he was in an unconscious state, he decided to experiment on his body. After some time, Chopperman was modified both mechanically and genetically. His powers were enhanced. He was also given some new ones as well. The method used is unknown. Origin: Suddenly, a strange meteor has fallen on earth; specifically Alaska, where Chopper lived. The meteor polluted the water around the area causing anyone that drinks it to quickly collapse dead. However Chopper survived after drinking it. His body contained a special antibody probably from the medicine the scientists tested on him that helped fight the lethal germs in the polluted water. What's left altered Chopper genetically rewarding him with a unique power; the power to shapeshift his body. At first Chopper was scared seeing his image shift randomly. However soon, he managed to control it and take forms that helped him survive. Little did he know that the medicine the scientists tested on him, gave him an intelligence akin to a human. He was soon able to talk like a human, even take a human's form and blend among them. Later he was experimented on by the villain Ivan Quill, granting him additional powers while also augmenting his current ones. Powers: Chopper has the ability to shapeshift his body into many forms. However he keeps a "limit" of three forms, as those three are the ones he is comfortable with. • Chopper Man Form: A small bipedal hybrid of a reindeer. [see appearance] Chopper uses his form as his Chopper Man appearance. This form offers him nothing but the ability to dodge attacks and fit into small spaces. • Human Form: A small child. [see secret identity] Chopper uses this form to interact with humans when not in his Chopper Man duty. This form offers him the ability to blend in among humans as well as the ability to hide his superhero status. • Heavy Form: A large gorrila-like form. [see this] Chopper uses this form during combat. This form increases his size by a lot, offering him extreme strength, high stamina and the ability to run faster -as one step equals to ten during Chopper Man form- while also his new height allows him to reach places he wouldn't otherwise. • Monster Form: A large monstrous form. [see this] Chopper acquires this form after Ivan Quill's experiments. During this form his stamina skyrockets, making him able to withstand countless wounds. Also his strength increases tenfold. In this form, Chopper's size is three times that of his Heavy Form. Abilities: Being a Reindeer gives Chopper a natural resistance to cold while simultaneously gives him a weakness to intense heat. Weapons: Chopper Man Cape. Chopper's cape gained the ability to grant flight after he accidentally dropped it into a machine inside a laboratory during an incident. During his experiments, Ivan Quill replaced Chopper's body parts with certain cyborg upgrades. Somehow he managed to make them morph along with him. The upgrades are the following. • I.Q.U.A.I - Ivan Quill's Ultimate Artificial Intelligence. Chopper's brain has been modified so he has direct control over his body. His mind is trapped into a coma state. • Impact Fist - Chopper's fists have been equipped with two internal devices that have the ability to absorb kinetic energy and make use of it. The user can release it back or convert it to electrical energy for other usage. • I.Q. Eyes - Chopper's eyes have been equipped by a lens system that can switch from normal vision to night and thermal. They are also capable of firing two rays of incinerating laser. However the energy supply within Chopper allows only two shots. For further use he needs to resupply. • Force Feet - Chopper's feet have been equipped with Ivan Quill's trademark Force Boots. However slightly modified to fit inside his little feet. The Force Feet are able to release kinetic energy constantly, pushing the user off the ground and enable them to move at a quicker rate without exhausting themselves. They are also capable of blasting the energy instantly, causing them to instantly move towards a location, launch themselves in the air or even used offensively to attack an opponent. He works to save the people when he can, but tends to shy out from getting attention or accolades. While he is capable of working together with others, he tends to avoid getting into partnerships opting to work alone in any issues he may confront. History: Spoiler Curtis Johnson was born 18 years ago in a big metropolis city in the United States. His family was well off, part of the middle class. As a child, he got along well with the rest of his family. He argued with his parents on few occasions, usually due to his own immaturity as is the norm of most children. His school life went just as well. He wasn’t an A+ honors student, but he made many friends with the other children in his class. He often spent time by the docks of the city, skipping stones with his friends and playing around. It wasn’t until his second year in middle school that Curtis’s life began to make big changes. While Curtis got along well with his parents, the same couldn’t be said about them with each other. They hid their fighting and arguing from Curtis until it came to a boil when he turned 13, the same year puberty began for him. His parents filed for divorce and quickly split from each other; his mother moving only 30 minutes away in an apartment of her own. Curtis was forced to live with both his parents, one week with Dad and one week with Mom, very rarely seeing either of them anymore now that they were single. This change in life style mixed with the crazy hormones in his bodies gradually changed Curtis’s personality into becoming more of a loner and self-reliant person. He kept up his appearance of being a friendly guy in school, helping people when they need it and such. When others invited him to play with them, he often turned them down making various excuses. In actuality, he was either by the docks throwing stones like he did as a child, keeping up his regular exercise or studying alone by himself in his room. This continued on until his Junior year in high school when he was 16, when the accident occurred. [See Origin] At 18, he moved to Cosmo City under the guise of a college student. His real motive for going to Cosmo City was because he heard the need for help from its innocent civilians and the cackling laughter of the criminals. He scheduled his classes so that he got ones that were partly or entirely online, giving him the free time he needed. Being a Full time college student and a hero would be difficult, but it’s what he decided he’d do with his powers. Origin: Spoiler Curtis was in his Junior year of High School and was pretty well off. His grades were near the top and was friendly with all the other people in the class. The city was above with the news of a meteor shower that was going to be slightly visible from the tops of the tallest buildings. Even though he was invited by a few of his classmates to join them in viewing them, he turned them down in favor of getting a good night’s sleep. They tried to persuade him into coming, telling him about how special it would be. The meteor shower would be made of thousands of flying that gave off strange readings to the scientists who located them. It was guessed that they’d give off a bright blue glow that was unheard of before. Stubbornly, Curtis declined the invitation again. The others left him alone and Curtis continued his day as normal. The next day, the rest of the class was disappointed by the shower last night. They said it was impossible to see anything and commented on how lucky Curtis was that he actually got to sleep. The day passed as normal and Curtis decided to head to the docks as he usually did. He threw a few rocks before walking around and examining the area. It was as clean as it had been years ago. As he started into the stones around the area, a certain rock gets his attention. It was pretty small, but seemed to have veins of blueness running through it. As he went to throw it, his arm froze and the paralysis seemed to move into the rest of his body. The blue that was in the stone passed into his arms, making his veins visibly blue. This spread through the rest of his body, before the world turned to dark before him. Waking up several hours in a daze, he struggled to his feet and staggered off. His intention was to head home, but his mind was scrambled from before. He found his way into the slums of the city where people tended to be more aggressive towards outsiders. Falling onto the ground near a playground, he watched as several children moved towards him. They poked him and moved away when he told them to back off. This time they picked up stones and threw them at Curtis. A few stones hit and Curtis winced in pain. As the children prepared to throw more, Curtis yelled out for them to stop. The veins in his body glowed blue and the rocks flew from the children’s hands and away from the area in general. The children screamed and ran from him, frightened by what happened. Wanting to get away before anyone came back, Curtis moved quickly back the way he came. An hour later, he was feeling better and his mind was in order. He knew how to get home now, but what happened earlier continued to bother him. At first he thought the stone was just a dream, but the incident with the children proved it wasn’t. The rocks just seemed to fly away when he yelled for them to stop and the veins in his arm glowed blue. As ridiculous as he thought it was, he thought he’d gained some kind of Telekinesis somehow. He decided to try it out, just to see if he really was some kind of mentally gifted person. Looking around, he spotted a car not a few feet from him. He focused his mind intensely not it, trying to lift it up. As he did, the car started up and drove away. Surprised, he looked into car only to find that there was a person in it. Telekinesis was just fiction anyways, he must’ve just been crazy at the time. Deciding he’d wasted enough time, he decided to head home. Crossing through the field would’ve been the quickest way so he did. He ran, already pretty late and probably making his mother worry, he tripped on a random rock and fell towards the ground. As he fell, he put his arms up to his eyes to block the dirt from getting in them. However, he found that he didn’t fall. Instead a hand of dirt held him up, keeping him from falling. Rocks, Dirt? It wasn’t telekinesis, but a specialized form that only worked on Earth! Rushing home, he went straight to bed. Over the next year, he would practice his powers in secret. Learning the different ways to use them and their current limits. He could only guess on some of the limits, as not all the things he needed were readily available. He learned that his power has given him one major weakness in his time training. This is extremely lower temperatures, usually around the freezing point of water. Since his powers seem to involve his blood, cold temperatures slow down his blood and weaken his ability to control or manipulate the earth. This needs to be on a big scale, ice cubes in a drink will have insignificant effects on him. Powers: Terrakinesis. Spoiler As the name suggests, Petros’s power allows him to psychokinetically control and change nearly any type of earth. This is more than just mere movement of the material, however. It also allows for such things as compression and shifting one form of earth into another. This is only possible if he has the means to do it. For example, he can’t turn a boulder into a pile of lava without the necessary amount of heat available, despite the fact he can control lava on its own. He can turn rocks into dust or sand if the need arises, but it takes a bit of time. While this seems like a near omnipotent ability, it comes with a few restrictions. The first of all being that the earthen material to be within 50 yards to be controlled. This makes aerial battles extremely difficult for him if he doesn’t bring earthen materials with him. In addition, the farther the material is from him, the more effort it takes to control it. Lastly, unnatural earthen materials are more difficult for Petros to get a grasp onto. As such, he has an extremely difficult time controlling even moderate amounts of metal or composite materials. Things such as bricks in buildings are easier for him to manipulate than metal piping. With experience, mastery and time, these problems can be overcome. The one thing he can’t overcome with training is his weakness to freezing temperatures. Extra layers of clothing or heating is the only thing to really overcome this. Abilities: Extremely Creative. Curtis spent many years lying to both his parents and friends. As such, he's learned how to come up with excuses that seem true even while being ridiculous. He also worked on different ways of using his powers while being discreet, forcing him to take different approaches when using them. For some reason he always find himself to be very lucky and plays it to the fullest. Still he is a kind hearted and takes time to help the little guy. The Oracle however is a trickster. He is always using his ties to the Moirae to his advantage. Always playing mean hearted jokes or causing some kind of controlled havoc, The Oracle is no much of a hero. Though he does try, he often misses his chance because he rather cause some kind of trouble. History: Da history is lack luster to say the least. He grew up in a happy home on earth, free of any real life turning event. This all changed on his 16 birthday. It was during a class trip to some random trip to a Greek museum. It was there where he stumbled upon an odd looking tapestry. The moment he looked into it, he was taken inside to the world of the Moirae. After some story like talking and visions of what could be, they named him The Oracle and bestowed his powers on to him. Sadly he did not know the power would give him another personality. Thus the true Oracle was born and changed his life forever.He is still able to use his gifts outside Oracle form, but The Oracle has a way of taking over. Origin: The Oracle was given his powers by making deal with the Moirae. They promised to give him the power he sought and control of his threads as long as he followed any order they give him. He is now their puppet and many of his actions in life are due to their wishes. Powers: The threads of the Moirae: The user has the power to create endless amounts of threads from their body. These can be made up of a mystical like energy, metal or a diamond like gemstone. Upon using the energy based form the user is able to control non-living objects like puppets. Crime was at nearly 80% the need for heroes being extremely high yet none ever showing up. When 5 years old stephanie with her mom and dad were capable of escaping the city through an elaborate plan her dad and mom thought of. They escaped to Dominion City where almost over night her parents began the creation of a business from the ground up. this business focused on bettering human life by the means of robotics, clean energy, and better health care. It was a success and they became billionaires within 2 years time. Well it goes without saying that stephanie's parents were freaking geniuses. Her mother knew every in and out when it came to law, business, and social+formal sciences. The father knew everything having to do with physical science, life sciences, and pretty much anything else having to do with anything or rather nothing. so it did not come to a surprise to anyone that their daughter stehpanie, was a genius from around age 3. Not seeing the need to send their daughter to school they instead taught her everything themselves with the occasional help from a noble prize winner or two. by the time she was 15 she knew just about everything to know about the world. Only issue, she didnt really care for any of it. When 16 stephanie got into comics, some how or another she happened upon that of an ironman comic the author being from some unknown city. The comic itself had rather crude blueprints for the suit itself inwhich was the starting point of her making of the suit. Without the use of anything more than materials from her parents steph was capable of building a rather 'cute' copy of the suit tony stark wore in the comic, fully functional may I add. It would have seemed that while building the suit not only did she share a very similar intellect as the flamboyant playboy mr.stark but she grew the want to fight against villains as he did in the comics she forever read. domino city was hardly the place for such a thing and even if it were her parents would not have allowed their little princess to put her life in danger over such an idiotic fantasy(it was truly stupid). But the decision was nearly made for her once she heard her parents arguing, her mom had brought up not being able to wait until the divorce was finalized. That night stephanie dawned the suit and left not exactly due to hearing about the divorce but because it gave her a reason to leave besides her fantasy. (currently attends cosmo university) Origin: The very idea of the suit stemmed from the comic iron man with it's main character tony stark having had created that of the Iron man suit. stephanie fell in love with the comics, and just so happened to have the intellect and materials required to build such a suit, and so she has done just that. Abilities: Is a freaking genius in every possible usage of the word. Weapons: An exoframe which acts as full body armor for steph. The suit of armor gives steph flight with max speed of mach 5, strength is capable of lifting a two family house one per arm, and an array of weapons and other systems. systems(includes weapons); 1. targeting - The targeting system is sophisticated enough to see through walls determine friend from foe, high tech night vision and rate threats from most dangerous to least, given enough time the system can target weaknesses. 2. Ars - The suit had that of an AutomaticRebootSequence which makes the suit virutally unaffected by that of emps, hacks, and bugs. Of course there are certain things which can 'corrupt' the suit but at which time it would take a maximum of 13minutes to reboot the system. 3. smm - Shoulder mounted mini-missiles. The missiles destructive force varries depending on the target. strong enough to destroy medium sized buildings, or can be used to simply blow out the lock of a door.(39 in total) 4. Ai - an artifical intelligence unit which is capable of controlling anything in the suit, steph himself is of course able to override anything the ai does but the use of this secondary unit allows for multiple functions to be done without having to activate manually(includes a communications device that is accessible to anyone who knows the number, or can pick up its channel assuming it's on. 5. PRu - power redistribution unit allows for power to be taken from other parts of the suit and given to others. By redirecting all the power of the suit into the flight systems speed of mach6 can be achieved, into the 'physical' extremities of the suit and it increases speed and strength for close ranged combat, or it can simply allow the suit to continue to function by cutting off unneeded power consumption and redirecting to main systems. 6. Ar - An automatic way for the suit to recharge from grabbing ahold of a power line to using AAA batteries. Of course certain things can only recharge so much. There is no 'overload' so in the circumstance of getting struck by lightning the suit will simply go into a state of overdrive where it can and will exceed the limitations placed on it with previous power consumption. 7. Repulsor ray - From each of the palms and center of chest that of a repluspr ray is capable of being fired. The lethality of the chest ray without being 'charged' is capable of going through an armored jeep, while if charged would easily pierce through multiple tanks. The hand rays how ever would only be able of sending the armored jeep flying with a huge dent without being charged, and be able to pierce through a single tank if charged.
