The fruit's power is able to be used selectively, and can have an effect as long as it is in contact. Stepping/running on air is possible, as well as grabbing it, or hitting it to send airblasts. For continous substances, like air or water, 'shapes' can be made and can be acted upon as if they were solid. However, the farther away from the touch, the less solid it becomes. [They Can be shaped as a weapon, with the Devil Fruit's power keeping them in solid form.] The maximum distance something can be solidified for her touch is ten meters [~11 yards,] beyond that it will simply remain in its natural state. [This also extends to hitting, slashing, or damaging things. For example, if a torrent of flame is coming at her, she can punch it, and the whole torrent will react instead of just the area she touched. Of course, the flames can still damage her.] The strength of this fruit is that it allows for great defensive diversity; especially against logias. Things like fire or lightning can be pushed away or even grabbed or cut.

However, that is also its weakness. Along with the standard Devil Fruit weaknesses, it allows the user and only the user to act as if the object is solid. Things like turning air solid as a shield won't work, and any weapons formed will likely break apart after the first hit. So while the user may be able to draw a sword of water from a puddle, it is still liquid in state. Also, unlike other fruits, the Sawa Sawa is a situational one, and is unable to simply pour out power like a logia. There is no simple 'attack' or 'defense' method with it, and the user has to actively think of ways to use the fruit, otherwise they may as well not have it.

Please describe the fruit a little more i have a bit of confusion on it, the fighting style speed cant be god like but i do like that you limited it lower the speed a bit and i can see it approved

Yes, but parts must be bought or upgraded soon to come
No Giants may have df and may use logia due to this statement

So even if you are a giant and have immense strength it doesnt affect the df
