Personality:

Selene is a person who has great control of her presence; so great that she almost has none. This made her very adept in hunting and reconnaissance. She is very prideful and has a great sense of justice. She is a lover of nature, of both men and women.

She is uncorrupted by power and if were asked which side she was really on, she would be neutral. In truth, she hated the Athenian King and all those who corrupt their power. All she wants is for the gods to return and bring back balance to the world.

This is where the history is based from.

Forlorn from the loss of her beloved best friend, the Virgin Goddess for a while, did not go on her usual hunts. For a time the forests were quiet. Artemis had realized that the love she had for Orion was more than that of a friend and the love she had for her brother, Apollo, stopped her from taking vengeance.

For a time the forests were quiet in the absence of the goddess. It was until that Artemis realized that being cooped up never did anything good. It was then she met the fair maiden Diana, beautiful young maiden scouring the forest and searching for someone. At first, the maiden was awestruck by the beauty of the goddess, but after a few moments she gathered her courage and revealed that she was looking for Orion.

The poor young maiden did not know what has befallen the magnificent hunter. To make things worse, Diana was pregnant with Orion’s child and was soon to give birth. A few months before Artemis and Orion met, Diana had shared a few nights with the fallen hero, resulting into the present problem, made worse by the fact that the maiden had nowhere and no one to return to.

The goddess took pity on the woman and took her in among her priestesses. Apollo was made aware of this and had initially wanted to be rid of the pregnant girl. To him, she would just be a reminder of that sow that was Orion. But even he was awestruck by Diana’s innocent beauty and took pity on her.

The twin gods were present during Diana’s childbirth during a full moon. She bore a wonderful baby girl. Apollo foresaw that the child would grow to be even more beautiful than her mother and be the envy of the nymphs and the dryads of the forest. They named the child Selene after the bright moon that lit up the sky that night. Sadly, Diana did not survive the ordeal of the childbirth and had passed away, leaving Selene in the care of the priestesses and the twin gods.

Selene grew under the protection of the two gods. She was favored by them. She was taught the ways of the hunt by Artemis and by the age of ten Selene hunted her first boar without difficulty. In the ways of melee, Apollo made sure she could be on par with any military rank soldier. By the age of 16, Selene was already an adept hunter that made the Virgin Goddess proud.

On her 18 birthday, while on a hunt, Selene met an accident while trying to save a cypress from a mountain lion. She fell into a trap set up by another hunter and would have died if she was not saved by Artemis. The accident also caused her to lose her vision. It was devastating for the twin gods to see their most favored as she was. They healed Selene and endowed her with gifts as they did so. (will be described in abilities)

Selene was in great debt to the sibling gods and had loved them like they were her parents; her best friends; her lovers. Everything was back to how it was until she came home one night and found that the two gods were nowhere to be felt. Even the priestesses could not get their prayers sent no matter how many times or how they tried. Selene searched the forests for a while and found no trace of them. The priestesses feared the worse and told her to go to Athens to hear word of any strange incident.

The people of Athens confirmed her fears. The gods of Olympus have disappeared and nobody knew how or why or if they would ever return. After a few days of stay in the city, a soldier approached her and asked if she would join the army. Thinking this was an opportunity to investigate the phenomenon, Selene did not hesitate and enlisted. Her talent caught the eyes of the King and was asked to be a ranger and scout.

The Athenians together with Selene, moved to Olympus and seized it as their new home. After a year, Selene developed godly abilities like many of the other Athenians. She still seeks answers as to where the gods have gone, but at present, she fears all will fall under chaos in a bloody war.

The Gift of Artemis
Along with the strength of a demigod, Selene has ten times faster the regenerative ability of a normal mortal. This has its limits however since the more the massive wounds there are on her body then the more the regenerative abilities slow.

The Gift of Apollo
Selene was granted special eyes that perfected her aim. Her right eye allows her to see targets up to 500 yards away. Her left eye allows her to see fragile spots in any target. With these eyes she never misses any target, however she cannot use both abilities at the same time. Doing so will put great strain on her body as she has not mastered these abilities.

GAINED GODLY ABILITIES

Flora
Selene is able to control plants to a certain extent. Syncing herself with the life force of the plants in the forest she is able to sense anything moving within a 5 mile radius. She is also able to control the growth and movement of any plant life she is in contact with. She cant control them telepathically.

Fauna
Selene is able to communicate with animals but not necessarily command them to do anything. She is also able to transfer her sight into theirs so she could see what they see, making for great spying tools for distances up to ten miles.

Personality:Gen follows his whims. He is an individualist first and last. He values his own liberty but doesn't strive to protect others' freedom. He avoids authority, resents restrictions, and challenges traditions. Gen does not intentionally disrupt organizations of anarchy. To do so, he would have to be motivated either by or evil. Gen may be unpredictable, but his behavior is not totally random. He is not as likely to jump off a bridge as he is to cross it

History: Born and raised like most Spartans, Gen was shipped off to fight as soon as he came of age. Learning well, he became a more then capable fighter with a slight name for himself. After coming to the aid of his allies many of times, He began to become bored of battle. With no one really able to keep up with him, he sought a battle to end all. It was at this point where he came across a person with the power of the gods. As he tried to best said foe, he was unable to which bothered him more than anything It was during this time, he was given His gift from Demon As the storm settled, his godlike items were formed and he was now able to use the wildness of his powers. Now with his new found powers, Gen seeks out the one foe ever to best him in order to settle the score.

Powers & Abilities: Master of all forms of weapons, Gen is able to switch weapons and fighting styles within seconds

Weapon(s) of Choice: Neto- The primary application of his power is Electromagnetism Manipulation and the manipulation of metal - ferrous and nonferrous. He can affect a very large quantity of metal at one time. He can manipulate a large number of individual metal objects simultaneously and has assembled complex machinery with his powers. The user’s powers has the power to create projection of force-fields (think glass like glowing light of sparkyness) and also channel his powers through his own body to increase his strength and durability far beyond human limits for 5 minutes max without a break, then 15 minutes for full recovery before it becomes too hard on his body by controlling the iron in his blood(think Kaio-ken) as well a sense the presents of other metal like items about.. (Think Magneto had a love child with Static Shock

)Both a light armor and a sword (like in pic), the user’s items are made of a rare, odd metal that is compressed of the same kind of metal. (Think compressed sand like stuff. The user is able to channel the power he has through these items. These items can be broken down to the sand form and able to be reshaped, making them one of the most fear items ever. Without the use of any of his own metal, his power does not reach its full power. Without the use of his metal, he can only increase and sense other metal as well as only lift small amounts of metal as well as minor fields.

It was years ago near the southern most coast below the region of the city state of Sparta. An invading nation from across the sea had landed with sights set on taking over the many lands of the Greek people for themselves to expand their nations power. But these invaders had made one very horrible mistake in their plan. They had chosen Sparta to be their first conquest. The numbers of the invaders dwarfed that of the Spartan men as the were within the hundreds of thousands. But these vast numbers would only prove to cause this miniature war to last longer then it should. Both sides ended up in a dead lock, neither breaking new ground for an entire month.

It had become a sort of siege or almost that of a type of trench warfare as a no mans land had been created between the two opposing camps. The Spartans would continue to hold off and slaughter the invaders from skirmish to skirmish but the ever increasing number of the invaders made it so the Spartans weren't able to push them truly back. The invaders were determined for victory in this battle even at the cost of thousands of soldiers just to weaken a few hundred to the point were they could just push through them in the end. This was exactly what was happening as it was, even the spartan soldiers were mortal. The Spartans were tired, weakening, and this stand still of a war with only a little skirmish time time again was putting a sour mood on a vast majority of the army, for day by day their forces were weakening as unlike the invaders the Spartans had no back up coming for them, since they weren't really on good terms at the time with the other Greek nations at this time.

The fates however seemed to be on the Spartans side however, The god of War Ares looked down on these events and was disgusted. A dead lock between two forces with only a little battle here and their was no true war. Ares wanted to witness rivers of blood soaking the ground, severed and torn limbs and heads scattering the land as plentiful as the grass itself, He wanted the clashing of warrior agasint warrior in blood lust battles to the brutal death. He truly didn't care who would come out the victor he just wanted a true WAR. Ares, in his plan to intervene with the war, commanded the messenger goddess Iris to go down to the Spartan camps and find a spartan solider by the name of Demos.

Demos, who would one day be the future Spartan King, was nothing more at this time but a solider. But he was probably the best solider in this entire war. He alone was the only man to have been apart of every single battle and skirmish since the start of the war. And for every invader that every other spartan had killed Demos had killed ten. His determination for victory to protect spartan and to destory these invaders was greater then that of even his commanders and current king. These were just a few of the Reasons he was chosen by Ares.

Iris appeared before Demos while he was alone in his tent. And taking advantage of his tired state, from battle after battle, she bedded with him. Her godly power kept anyone from outside the tent from noticing but for hours upon hours The Goddess Iris and the Spartan Solider Demos lustfully grasped and melded with each others bodies. It had turned into something more then just hot and heavy sex though for them, as it would almost appear they were competing to exhaust the other to the point of being unable to move. Well in fact that was part of the case Iris had been sent down to weaken Demos to the point where he couldn't move, and as a women she knew the best way for that was to do it in a way that most men would not resist. It had been dusk the previous day when they had started and the morning sun was starting to rise, Iris came out as the victor Demos was just a mortal after all.

Before leaving the presence of the solider Iris relayed the message she was sent to deliver to Demos from Ares. Ares had shown his favor for Demos and wanted to test him. For the next two months Demos would not be allowed to drink a single drop of liquid, eat a single piece of food, nor sleep for even the smallest amount of time. And if he followed these instructions of the Gods he would have their protection and be immortal for the remainder of this war. No mortal would be able to slay him but he would still feel pain and receive wounds. She told him if he fought constantly like this day in and day out in the span of two months she would return and the Spartans would achieve total victory. Demos didn't know what to think of this, he was a man, a warrior, a Spartan. For him he would much rather fight this battle, like most Spartans, with his own hands blood and sweat, But he had been favored by the Gods and told he would receive victory, what more was their to be a Spartan then to strive for victory in all things, to give up to deny the blessing to ignore the chance of victory would go against his mind set of a warrior, but also a protector of Sparta.

And so it was from that day Demos fought and fought and fought, harder and more violently then he had ever fought before. The smell of blood and fatigue were his only friends as he lost count to how many men he had killed how many times he himself had been slashed, stabbed or even fully impaled. It was as if he was fighting in the depths of hell, but he never once broke the conditions of the blessing bestowed up on him. Ares was pleased with the turn of events, Demos had inspired many other Spartans to increase their blood lust and revitalized their vigor for battle, and in the same time it cause the invaders fear. Though not fear to make them run, fear to make them more ready to fight to vanquish these monsters of men known as the Spartans.

For two months the battles waged on, and the invaders started to be pushed back more and more and the Spartans with Demos leading the war path tore apart the invaders battle after battle. But as the time went on The Spartans began to weaken once again, the vigor created by Demos dwindled down, they had pushed the invaders quite far back but as it was the Spartans were now no longer in any condition to battle, even if their bodies wanted to continue it was no longer possible for them, Demos was the only one left standing tall and strong with the most pain and fatigue by far. But the two months had ended on this day, the invaders now had the advantage even though they had lost so much already, and Demos' divine protection had lifted he could feel it, if he walked out into a battle today he would most likely die, but what other choice did he have, he could only believe in the word of the Gods that he had been given, but of course its not like he would just sit by and wait for it.

The invaders were making their last march, If the Gods did not hold to their word, they would prevail and Sparta would fall. Demos stood in front of the Spartan camp as a lone solider, weapon in hand with the determined will to kill all of those who dare challenge Sparta. But as the Invaders were getting ready to charge with an overwhelming push. From the heavens high above the brightest and most vivid rainbow that had even been seen by the eyes of mortals descended upon Demos. In side this rainbow was Iris and in her arms was that of a child a baby. Iris spoke to Demos telling him that Ares was pleased with the completion of the trial given to Demos, and that as promised Sparta would have its victory. The baby in Iris's arms was none other then Demos' child herself, conceived back those two months ago with her birth being accelerated by godly power. And from the baby a bright light glowed a light that erupted from the infant and engulfed the entire spartan camp. Iris explained to Demos that their child was named Victoria and that one day she would rise as a Goddess of victory.
The seemingly hopeless situation that he Spartans had been in had now turned around completely. All the sick, injured and dying Spartans in the camp along with Demos became fully and completely revitalized as if they had not spent the last three months in war, they were brought back to their peeks. And as it was now the invaders had massed all of their remaining army right outside of the Spartan camp, and one by one each and every Spartan that was still alive pick up his weapon, gritted his teeth, and headed out for the slaughter, with Demos leading the way.

For the invading Army it was an absolute massacre, only those cowards that had fled before this day were alive as the Spartans demolished the forces of the foreign nation.

The battle was now over, Sparta was safe, and the men began to prepare for their march back to Sparta for rest and celebration. But they would not be going back alone, for Demos who had gained not only the respect but admiration and fear of his fellow spartan brothers now carried with him, the infant demi-god that had been created between him and a Goddess.



By far she is the fastest and most agile being in Sparta, her body is also ability to heal much quicker then that of a mortal, and her psychical strength endurance and durability are on par with the toughest of spartan warriors

Powers & Abilities:

Being a demi-god Victoria's physical traits are beyond that of common mortals, though not to the extremes of such figures as Hercules in areas such as strength.
By far she is the fastest and most agile being in Sparta, her body is also ability to heal much quicker then that of a mortals, and her psychical strength endurance and durability are on par with the toughest of spartan warriors , when the god weapons aren't taken into account. Though she is the child of a god, she is to young for all of her godly traits to have awoken, such as the attributes passed down to her from her mother. But when shes in contact with her Godly weapon or even just in the presence of godly radiance, her undeveloped traits spring to the surface as the radiance of the god fragment lets her touch upon some of her godly powers. Like her mother and her golden wings, Victoria gains wings of her own but they are formed out of a Divine Godly light and not a physical thing, and with these wings she gains blistering speed to rival her mother, the female messenger of the gods. Soaring through the clouds however is not the only trait that Victoria receives from her heritage as her grandfather was Thaumas God of the Sea. Victoria can fly through the water as swiftly and as easily as if she was in the air, the water places no hindrance on her body and she is able to breathe under the waves as easily as any child of the sea. Even when out of contact with a godly presence lessening her abilities, Victoria is a powerful swimmer and can best just about any mortal in the water, in terms of movement, sight, speed, agility and ability to hold her breathe.

Blade of Aether: ---

The name of this blade comes from its powers that are akin to the primordial God Aether, the elemental god of the upper air and light. The short sword is able to emit vast quantities of air and heavenly divine light, but its true power comes from the combination of these two aspects. The light and air combine to create a type of Divine Plasma that gives the blade the power of a god slaying weapon as it allows the blade to treat divine presence as if it was mortal flesh, which makes it even more powerful when it is facing a mortal presence. The Divine Plasma is able to bleed out of the sword which allows it to preform such feats as a beam or it can imprint itself into the space it had previously occupied by leaving its residue in that spot. Though once the residue is no longer attached directly to the blade it will eventually dissolve away. The Plasma residue is as solid and as object can be solid, and is mentally controlled by the blades wielder. Such feats as leaving an imprint of the residue in the form of the swords blade itself bestows the user another blade(s) to attack with.

Victoria has another power that is connected to her godly existence but after its first use back when she was presented to her father it had vanished, but it may spring forth one day as she grows and learns more and gains more power. This power is the Ability to influence victory, the power to twist and turn the fates to turn seemingly hopeless situations into victories.

Well mine is more of emanating from the whip :O As long as the whip remains in my possession, my appearance will be changed and the aura will be spread. The Lashing of Loves are mostly whip related as well.

Personality: Epideksios is calm of mind, and is rarely agitated. Whenever he is in a good mood, he likes to boisterously sing, even though he knows he's not a good singer. Most of the time when he sings, he makes up his own lyrics, and he even has some songs he has come up with. One of his favorite songs to sing whilst training new recruits is, "I'll Make a Man out of You".

History:

Epideksios was the son of a famous pankration practioner. His father was injured in a fight when his opponent put sedatives in his water before the fight. Wanting Epideksios to achieve even more fame, he trained Epideksios since he was a small child on top of his Spartan training. This was really stressful for Epideksios, since he was only training, never having time to enjoy himself. Because of this, he developed the habit of singing whilst training, which helped him to train even more.

When he reached 20, Epideksios decided to join the Spartan army. He was a formidable asset to the army, even though he only used his bare fists. Years passed, and Epideksios continued to best other Spartan soldiers with only gloves against their weapons, soon garnering a reputation. Word eventually reached Demos, and Demos decided to make Epideksios a trainer. Being new to training other people, Epideksios trained them like how his father trained him.

Everything was nice and peaceful in Epideksios' life until the Athens attacked. Nothing could have prepared him for that moment, as Epideksios was on the front lines, and saw many of his trainees die in battle. He only managed to survive due to his quick wit and reflexes. Epideksios became solemn for a while after that incident, training Spartans more harshly, but eventually he started singing again, returning to his old persona. "I'll make a man out of you" was born during this time, as he noticed that his gloves were different, containing a shard in them. Once he noticed the shard, he learned of their new powers during training sessions.

Powers & Abilities: Spartan training has given Epideksios strength, agility, and endurance that surpasses normal humans. With his martial arts training, Epideksios has acquired lightning fast reflexes and thought processes, making him able to think tactically and act on it in a mere moment.

Weapon(s) of Choice: Ring of Iapetus
The ring grants the wearer extremely heightened regenerative powers. It also makes the wearer immune to diseases, sickness, poisons, and any impairment to the senses.

Personality: Zepherus is a laid back kinda guy. He is fast on his feet and a dab-hand in combat and he knows it. He acts the the fool sometimes, but he always pulls through. He is very good at what he does as a profession, and is trusted to to a good job. Zepherus also keeps a level head in conflict, and would rather solve problems though words, because that is the job of a messenger.

History:

Zepherus's distant family, was a wealthy family of Olympia, and descendent and worshippers of the great god Hermes. The Legend of the family, says that they are blessed with the will of Hermes, with the innate desire to Travel and Courier. When the family became of certain wealth, they travelled to Athens, to pursue greater knowledge from the scholars and philosophers. With many of the men down the family tree, being messengers for the wealthy and noble, they never had any trouble with money or friends in high places and they always up to beat with the happenings of the country. Eventually his family tree lead to Zepherus. Zepherus's case was somewhat different from his kin and descendants. He has inherited the powers of Hermes himself, something that had not yet been heard of within the family heritage. During his younger years the development of his powers shadowed the family with secrets, with fear of Zep being targeted. Until eventually people amongst the Athenian Nobles and Military started to display other god-like abilities. The strange occurrence's lead to a bolster within the military strength. Zep trained with the Athenian Military until 20 years, when he could officially join the milta. However, to carry of the family business and preserve his honour, he remained a messenger of the most well know messenger family in all Athena.

Powers & Abilities: Zepherus has the power of Hermes himself, the Olympian god of thieves, Travel and speed. Hermes possessed the power to travel and fly at high speeds across both land and thought the air. The power derives from the boots that Hermes wore. Golden shoes with godly wings on the sides. Pluto has a similar set of powers, though the power is just that, power. He does not process the boots themselves limiting his maximum flight speed until he can obtain the boots. His top ground speed stays the same at 770mph, where his air speed is reduced from 186,000mph to 770mph, matching his ground speed.

Weapon(s) of Choice: Crescent moon staff. A regular staff of minimal weight but maximum durability. With a Crescent moon shaped blade on the end, made from an almost white metal, that shines like the moon.
