Combat Prowess

Fighting Style - Bow/Arrow Style (Comes with large, light, strong bow and normal arrows along with an extra bow).
1. Bow and arrow proficiency - The user can reload and shoot at almost superhuman speeds even compared to one's own speed and prowess due to years of experience. The user is also able to defend with their bow and able to operate it in all functions masterfully such as aim, reloading, shooting, defending, switching between arrows, and keeping an arsenal of arrows with them.
2. Arrow hax - The user is able to shoot multiple arrows in one shot, even arrows of different types.
3. Ammo Pack Uno -
A. Fire arrows.
B. Electric arrows.
C. Arrows followed by a large smokescreen spanning the area it was shot through.
4. Ammo Pack Dos -
A. Tracking arrows which are very small lightweight arrows that attach to things with an extremely sticky point that have tracking which can be read by the user with their special bow.
B. Magnetic arrows which attach any very close metallic/magnetic projectiles like bullets.
C. Cable arrows that have extremely long strong cables attached at the ends which allow the user to swing to a place, swing something towards them, or dodge something else similar to a grappling hook.
5. Ammo Pack Tres -
A. Net arrows that launch a large strong net upon impact.
B. Exploding arrows.
C. Oil arrows that drop a stream of oil all over it's path as it's shot.

Cyborg Upgrades - Most of Tahamed's upgrades are used in conjunction with his fighting style.
1. Despite Tahamed having a large arrow-holding bag thingy on his pack that holds many arrows, he also contains all kinds of his trick arrows inside his body and he can take them out of anywhere from his body.
2. Tahamed has wheels on the bottom of his feet similar to roller skates which allow him to move quicker and they also have a sticky property which allow him to stick to walls and stuff.
3. Tahamed has upgrades in his eyes that allow him to create light like a flashlight although with a stronger light, even to the level of flashing his opponent blind for a few seconds and they give him infrared/heat/night vision and vision to see through smokescreens.
4. Tahamed can open his mouth to release a gust of wind which he controls the speed of and can range the size from a small breath to a large heavy amount.

Devil Fruit Ability: The ability to turn objects and people to stone. The drawback is that people need to have lustful thoughts to be completely turned to stone with ease. Rurido is capable of petrifying them on contact or if contact is made with projectiles created through the fruit’s powers. The petrification will be only effect the area hit, however. Inanimate objects hit by these projectiles will be instantly petrified and lose all momentum if around cannonball sized (Bigger with more mastery). See wiki page for more info.
Fighting Style Techniques:

1. Anti-Manner Kick Course - One of the Black Leg Style’s strongest single kick attack, the user gathers all the power he can muster and delivers a massive vertical kick by lifting one of his legs a full 180 degrees in the air. The power is so great, it’s been known to knock giants up into the air.

2. Concassé - Another of the Black Leg Style’s strongest attacks, it is performed aerially. By flipping in the air at a high speed, the user then brings his heel down on the enemy. This both does massive damage and slams them towards the ground.

3. Brochette - The user jumps over the top of his opponent and aims one leg directly downwards towards the opponent. He then drops downwards while spinning like a drill to spear his opponent with his extended leg.

4. Extra Hachis - A barrage of hard kicks launched at multiple directions, similar to the Gatling Gun technique of the Gomu Gomu no mi. Because of the power behind the kicks, this can be a very devastating technique.

5. Earth Walk - Because the users of the Black Leg styles have such powerful legs, it’s easy for them to move at higher speeds. As such, they can match or even surpass Soru users in speed with their leg power.

Thanks to the Rasen Rasen no Mi Elric can create rotational forces. At this level Elric can only visualize orbs the size of fists with a rotational direction in only one direction. The orbs are necessary for him to manifest his powers at his current level. They're a faint transparent green making them hard to see in the light and easily overlooked.
The strength of the rotational force can be controlled and at it's maximum output is quite strong though the range of it's effect is short. Things caught in it's range will accelerate and deviate from it's course.
After he creates an orb he must maintain it or it will disappear. He can make at most three at the same time and maintain a maximum of six though the strain is great if he maintains them for more than a few seconds.
The orbs must be formed within his field of vision and cannot be formed where there is already some form of mass (so it can't be made in a branch but it can be made next to it).


Primary Fighting Style:
A nameless fighting style used for assassination taught to him since he was a small kid by his family. His main weapon is his chain with which he is highly skilled.
Techniques:

1. Bladestorm
A technique where he uses the blade at the end of the chain. By sending random ripples through the chain the blade slashes eratically without any pattern. Though not the most accurate attack it is nearly impossible to predict (except with observation haki of a higher tier than fighting style) and it's speed make it hard to dodge. Even if blocked the blade will relentlessly strike again from a different direction. Only control Elric has over this technique is the general direction. The force behind each attack isn't large.
2. Sky Crash
A technique using the weight at the end of his chain. The technique rapidly drops the weight in an instant with great force often resulting in a crater though the size varies. Though it can be used from almost any position the higher the weight is the more force the impact has. The time between the start of the technique and the impact is the same since the increase in speed is faster the higher the weight is. If high enugh the force of the impact will even make a shockwave pushing back or sometimes even knocking down anyone near the point of impact.
3. Serene Mind
A trance that greatly accelerates his mental capacities. Due to this everything appears to go slower to him. This leads to him greatly increasing his reaction speed and it also allows him to quickly take in every detail of his surrounding. It also allows him to follow objects moving at high speeds with ease.
This trance also protects him from mental interference decreasing it's effect or completely nullifying it. Though if he's already under the influence of mental interference it becomes harder to enter this trance.
Though the trance has no direct physical drawbacks overuse still results in side effects at his current leveldue to mental strain. Due to this it is mainly used in short bursts. Staying in the trance for an extended period of time will cause increasingly worse drawbacks.
After one turn the user will get a headache, after two his concentration will decrease and when he leaves the trance his vision will be blurry for a few seconds and after three he will no longer be able to maintain the trance and will lose his sense of balance for a short while.
4. Wall Running
A running technique that allows him to move faster (though not Soru speed) but is mainly used to run up steep surfaces. The limit is roughly a 90 degrees angle but can vary depending on the surface. He can also use this technique to run across walls and the like.
5. Custom knives
Customized knives that add an effect upon impact. Elric carries 5 knives of each customized type.
--- Explosive: Upon impact a small explosive detonates. The force of the explosive is quite high though it's range is only about 50 cm.
--- Poison: Upon impact drops of an acidic poison scatter in all directions. The poison has a numbing effect so when it hits it won't be felt by the target. The poison will seep through the skin (and clothes) and numb the muscles in that area slowing the target down though it takes the poison two turns after being hit to take effect.
--- Gas: This explosive releases gas at a high rate after impact. The gas impairs sight and hinders breathing and is also highly flammable.

Secondary Fighting Style:
A martial arts fighting style he has started to learn to supplement his close combat capabilities.
Techniques:

1. Life's Breath
A breathing technique learned through meditation. It revolves around becoming one with your surroundings. While using it his presence disappears and his senses are enhanced. It also decreases how fast he tires, decreasing his physical exhaustion as a result.
It also increases his physical capabilities but at his current level this increase is small.
2. Scythe Step
A high speed movement used mainly for dodging attacks. It's only used for short distances. The user steps in a circular motion whil turning. If the enemy is close it can be used to circle around him/her. In this case it becomes hard to follow the practitioner of this technique.
3. Controlled Kick
A technique acquired through rigorous training. This technique doesn't focus on making kicks more powerful but creating a kick with the speed and precision of a punch while keeping the full strength of a kick which three times more powerful than a punch.


Inventory:

Weapons: A very long chain made of a strong light weight metal alloy. At one end there is a thin blade as long as a short sword and made of a heavy metal and at the other end is a metal weight. He also carries thin daggers made for throwing made of the same heavy metal as the blade attached to the chain.

Steel Wind
1. Wall of the Tiger - a defensive/counter technique. It allows the user to deflect projectile type attacks, break limbs or redirect moderately big fire/wind based attacks by spinning the staff very fast by both hands.
2. Jabbing Staff - disarming/breaking attack. While holding the staff horizontally and aiming for the opponent, the user attacks by jabbing the tip of the staff, trying to either break through their defense or knock their weapon out of their hands. The power of this jab is enough to break skulls. In case the opponent backs away to dodge, the attack becomes long-range and each jab sends a bullet of pressurized air at him.

3. Serpent Sweep - tripping technique. The user ducks beneath a close-range attack of their opponent and spins the staff horizontally, in order to disturb the balance of the opponent, possibly even break his leg. This is done with a precise timing, resulting with a sure success in tripping if the attack connects.
4. Evaporation - a dodging technique. The user puts the end of the staff on the ground and by jumping almost instantaneously flips himself upside down, performing a handstand on the staff. The move is so fast that there is an afterimage left to deceive the opponent, allowing for either a stealthy retreat or a surprise attack.
5. Stun - a paralyzation technique. If the user is successful at hitting a pressure point, it is possible to paralyze the body of their opponent. The paralysis can be partial or complete, depending on the choice of the pressure point. It lasts 1 turn. Usable once per spar.

6. Flying Kick - the user performs a flying kick at the opponent, either with one or both legs, and supports himself by the staff positioned vertically on the ground. The form of the kick can be direct or spinning. The direct version does blunt damage, much as a normal kick, but it has a delayed effect too – one turn later, the victim experiences excruciating pain strong enough to cause spasms in the affected area. The spinning version produces a wind blade, similar to Rankyaku.

7. Thousand Years of Pain – originally a counter. The user evades an attack by a back flip, during which the staff slashes vertically from below at the opponent, threatening to dispose of his manliness. The slash is so powerful that it sends out a wave of wind which momentarily forms a wall/passageway through non-physical or projectile attacks (i.e. a tunnel through smoke, wall of fire, wave of water, hail, arrow barrage), so it can be used also as a technique-splitter. This version is too exhausting though, so it’s limited to one usage per spar.


8.Pound arrows (enhanced kinetic force)
Poison tipped arrows
Drill arrows - an arrow that rotates rapidly. It can pierce threw strong materials such as metal.

9. Kairoseki tipped arrows.
Blade arrows - Once fired 2 razor sharp blades come out of the side of the arrows head, this also makes the arrow fly farther because of its change in shape.
Reaper arrows - A double arrow, one is shadowed by the other.

10. Flame arrows
Thread Arrow - arrow which has a thin (almost imperceptible) but very durable thread attached to it, and its head has thorns, preventing the arrow from being removed, on it. Used for traps or as a rope for the user to swing on.
Smoke Arrow - after it hits, it covers the area in thick smokescreen. Diameter 10 metres.

11. Arrow Missile - the ability to shoot 3 arrows at once.

12. Rapid Reload - the ability to shoot at the speed 2 arrows per second.
13. Advanced Aiming - the ability to shoot down opponent's projectile attacks thanks to predicting their course.

14. Haki Combination - Gives the user the ability to combine two elements into one attack using a Kairoseki Arrow.
15. Arrow Expansion - Maximized the size of an Arrow attack. Example if a flame arrow is shot the expansion effect will make it into a fireball. This technique cannot be used with a Kairoseki arrow.

Personality: Blooregard is a quiet boy who understands his family's need for government influence and does his job as a Marine quietly and effectively. His opinion on pirates is similar to the Marine code of absolute justice as he does not see why mercy should be given to those who go against the World Government.

History: Blooregard comes from a rich noble family that always had the first son of each generation join the Marines to preserve the family's influence over certain areas of government. When Blooregard turned 7, he was sent to Enies Lobby to learn the art of rokushiki. At the age of 10 he was given a devil fruit by his family as per custom to increase his abilities once he was able to join the Marines. Two years later, Blooregard was accepted into the Marines as planned.

Fighting Style:

Bubble Quivering- A fencing style that has been passed down the Banini family line for several generations. It is a quick sword style that Blooregard has altered to compliment his DF powers.

Blue Bubble Bird- Blooregard uses high speed thrust with his sword along with his soap and bubbles to fire high speed bubbles towards objects. The power is high enough to make holes in stone.

Berry Ballet- Blooregard uses close range burst of speed to close in on opponents and cause them to move according to how he moves thanks to his sword swings. Avoiding this technique is difficult at close range.

Razz Ricochet- Blooregard fires several high speed bubbles to bounce off each other to attack an opponent from several different directions to prevent escape.

Purry Punisher- A blocking technique where Blooregard tries to disarm or knock away incoming attacks with high speed sword movement at close range. After doing so, he can redirect the force of the opponent's attack back at them.

Wunder Wash- A striking technique that can be done on the ground or in the air. Blooregard covers his sword in suds and then uses a powerful swing to fire the suds at high speeds that can crack the ground or cut through the air. The suds will travel through the medium and then strike the opponent.

Personality: Emotionless, yet tries to immitate them. This often leads to an obvious farce or innapropriate reactions, as well as spontaneous actions.
History: A war-torn orphan. Received head-trauma in the raid that killed her parents. She took up the sword as a pirate at a young age, and was ruthlessly efficient, even as a kid.

The crew obtained a devil fruit. She manipulated them into killing each other, then finished off the survivors herself, taking the prize for her own.

Since then she has wandered, feeling that she should try things other than a pirates life. This is, of course, after the fact that she's earned a sizable reputation and bounty.

A notable trait of this fruit is its ability to puppeteer bone creatures, linking them to herself with a bone rod or some such.

Dynasty of 8,888 years - One-handed sword techniques.

Tiger Vertigo: A sudden upwards slash. It creates a vortex, making a parallel cut on each side of the original attack, as well as drawing things up to float in the air slightly above ground, as if gravity was nullified. Can redirect projectiles upwards. The gravity effect lasts around three seconds.

Tiger Drop: A sudden downwards slash with two parallel cuts to the side of it. Similiar to Vertigo, instead the vortex is placed at the ground, effectively acting as if gravity was increased. Can knock projectiles to the ground. The gravity effect lasts around two seconds, but takes three seconds to gradually wear off if a person is affected.

Tiger Pounce: A sudden high-speed, medium-range movement that is a bit slower than Soru. Arrives at target location in a crouch, often below the opponent's eyesight, ready to spring. During the movement, Zessoku can use the sword to create a current of cutting blades that follow behind her, spraying out to the sides of her arrival point.

Onryo Stance - Vengeance: A stance where Zessoku holds the sword loosely forward, blade pointing downwards. From there, she can make attacks with increased power, albeit with slightly less speed from the awkward position. A shockwave follows the initial attack, imitating the force of the blow shortly after it hits. This allows Zessoku to knock defenses aside with the first strike, allowing the shockwave to hit.

Onryo Stance - Revenge: Zessoku raises her blade upwards and forwards, a bit higher than a normal fencing stance. It allows for great leverage, producing attacks that can stand stricken objects flying as well as blocking immensely powerful attacks without moving. Thrusts give no launching power, but have incredible piercing power. The pierced object will also shatter around the penetration point, depending on the hardness of what was pierced.

Onryo Stance - Retribution: A stance where Zessoku sheathes her sword and holds the sheathe slightly below the hilt. Moves are based around jabs with the hilt, cutting with a half-unsheathed blade, or slamming the sheath into people. The movements are fast and can daze her opponent, but slightly predictable and not that deadly.

Eagle Talon Skip: Most effective in the air. Stabbing downwards with the sword, Zessoku retracts the blow at the last blow and stomps on it, sending the force of the thrust downwards in a spread area in a cone shape. (The higher the alititude, the larger the area covered, but the weaker the force.) A side-effect of the attack is that it bounces her back into the air slightly, useful for juking waiting opponents.

Eagle Talon Rip: Zessoku's body is turned sideways, her sword hand raised above her head with the sword pointing forward and slightly down (Think a scorpion tail,) she thrusts forward, body facing forward once more. The intitial strike expands slight cutting force forward in an area in the shape of a airy blue triangle. She then yanks back the sword, effectively ripping back the force she sent out and whatever it enveloped, furthur slicing the contents and bringing them torwards her. The cuts are not that powerful, but are plentiful in number and mostly unavoidable if one is inside their range.



Deep Death Martial Arts: A style focusing on heavy, damage-dealing attacks using her body.

Crush Impact: A heavy punch or kick that sends out a mid-range crushing spear-like projectile of ghostly blue color. The intial attack's and spear's damage focuses on penetrating what it hits, crushing whatever is on the inside. The power of the spear greatly decreases with the distance it travels. This attack is powerful enough to crush a steel sword into dust if it connects in melee.

Flesh-Cleaving Grasp: Tears off the flesh (Skin/muscles/fat etc) of a person by either grabbing and ripping along the body, or piercing with her fingers then pulling out. If she impales her fingers into a target, she can also get a direct hold on the more slippery of her foes.

Insect Stomp: A stomp with her foot, capable of cracking and shattering incredibly hard materials. Softer materials tend to have a more explosive effect around the area she stomped on. When used while falling, the area of effect is increased, but not the power.

Kiss of the Dragon: A piercing jab with her fingers outstretched. Although it has no great power, it can cause great discomfort. If it hits the spine cord or the brain stem, it is capable of causing large amounts of their victim's blood vessels to rupture, with even a chance of the heart being damaged. More effective on Giants.

Heroic Punch: A punch that does not focus on damage, but instead focuses on knocking out the opponent and injecting her bodily energy into them to cause:

Useful for beating opponents that she's not allowed to kill... But kills them later anyways. Totally not her fault.

Deadly Uppercut: An uppercut that focuses the damage to only affect the hit area. This means that if she hits a person's chin, it will send their head flying, but leave their body still for the most part. More powerful while crouching.

Xanxus is a calm person at first look but when you get on his nerves he gets mad and uses violence.

History:

Xanxus is the current leader of a group.
He was born into poverty with only his mentally ill mother to care for him. His mother discovered his Flame of Wrath when he was very young and brought him to a mafia leader.
he took Xanxus and placed his scarf around him, agreeing that he was indeed his son even though he had never seen this woman or her son before.

X-Guns: Xanxus has two Guns that are able to absorb and store the Dying Will Flames, accumulated it and release it through a Dying Will Bullet, . Vongola VII was said to have the weakest Flame of all the Vongola Leaders, so he designed a Weapon that he could store his Flame in and release it as a strong Flame attack. Xanxus takes the idea of these Guns and creates his own version. The difference is that Xanxus has a very strong Flame and can store his Flame of Wrath within his X-Guns, creating a super-powerful blast. Xanxus is also capable of using these for propulsion, allowing him to fly and move at great speeds.
Scoppio d'Ira (Burst of Wrath): An Attack that requires the use of the Dying Will X Guns. Xanxus unleashes a barrage of Flame simultaneously that, because of their density and grouping, appear to fuse together into one large super-powerful blast.
Bocciolo di Fiamma (Bud of Flame): Another Attack that requires the use of the X Guns. Xanxus uses one gun to fly around the target and the other to shoot his target from different angles to form a flower bud at the target's feet.
Colpo d'Addio (Blow of Farewell): A stronger version of Scoppio de Ira where Xanxus charges up energy in his guns and fires two super-powerful shots with the same or more power than Scoppio de Ira.
Martello di Fiamma (Hammer of Flame): The strongest version of Scoppio d'Ira and Xanxus' strongest move.

Primary Fighting Style: Rokushiki
Geppo: Allows the users to actually jump off the air itself, allowing them to stay in the air for much longer than usual.
Soru: Allows the users to move at extremely high speeds in order to avoid attacks, as well as to attack at higher speeds and with greater power.
Shigan: It is a close-quarter combat technique, in which the user pushes their finger into a certain target at a very high speed, leaving a wound similar to a bullet wound.
Kami-e: Makes the user's body go limp in order to avoid any attacks, and float like a piece of paper.
Rankyaku: It is a powerful projectile technique, in which the user start by kicking at very high speeds and strength, sending out a sharp compressed air blade that can slice objects and greatly damage a human body.

Secondary Fighting Style: Tekkai Kenpo - An advanced version of the rokushiki technique tekkai which enables the user to move while using tekkai
Tekkai: Hardens the user's muscles in order to nullify damage taken from attacks. When Tekkai is active, the user is unable to move.
Tekken: After hardening his hands with Tekkai, the user punches his opponent
Mushikaku: The user brings his limbs close together to shift himself into a cube. When Tekkai is used in this form, he eliminates the weak points of his body and ensures that not a single spot is vulnerable.

Other Items: A box with a ligre in it that can be fused with his guns and great enhance it's power.
Can only be used in tier 3-4 and can only be used once a battle cuz it puts too much strain on the user's body later on can be used more then once if used many times it could break the person's body.
