KIRA IS NOT EVIL!!! HE IS RIGHTEOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!! i and even actually no.. Gokus enemies still thought goku was good, they knew they were evil.

hmm, technically not. like i said, good and evil is a matter of perspective, to his enemies, Goku was trying to stop them in what they were doing, in that sense, he was evil.
