I feel soooooooooo special right now cause it seems that I hold the answer to your question....well, just to the ones that hasn't been answered yet! the very first anime shown is called The Grenadier:
Plot Summary: Rushuna is a blonde and very beautiful Senshi (gun expert) that travels through the world with one purpose. This is to make the world a peaceful place by instead of fighting with weapons, taking away the people´s will to fight by giving them a smile. Although she doesn´t want to fight, she is forced too and shows amazing gun skills. In this journey she meets Yajiro, a Mercenary that uses a sword to fight and joins her on her journey....basically, she is the female Vash the stampede with out the unbridled destruction that Vash usually brings about. it's a really great series that was so good that I watched all 12 episodes in one sitting! ENJOY...

the anime being shown during shaggy's "Angel" is Beat Angel: one of the most violent, bloody, and laugh out loud, pee in your pants funniest anime series EVER! during jay-z's Big Pimping is of course " Tenchi Muyo " the best Harem series ever...the one showing during the song " I love my computer " really fits the song, it's called " Chobits ", another great series that I definitely recommend...
