well, it was kind of awkward because it was sort of like a love between some old guy and a young girl...
idk i don't like those kinds so maybe its just me
plus its REALLY short which is kind of weird (9 episodes)

Series Summary

Fumihiko Matsumaru is an average salaryman with no girlfriend. He invited his colleague Miss Tanaka to a movie but was stood up. Right at the time he was about to toss tickets into a trash can, a cute girl appeared and asked him not to waste those two tickets. After movie and dinner, he escorted her home and found they live in the same neighborhood, yet unfortunately her apartment caught on fire hours later. Having nowhere else to stay, rookie seiyuu Aka Onda moved to Matsumaru's place, and the two had started a "more than friend but not yet lovers" relationship under the same roof while keeping this secret from their employers.

Age wise I thought it was realistic. She is 20 afterall, so that's not a kid. It's not like she's a 15 year old being manipulated lol. Also, one thing I keep in mind at least, is that age plays really no role in anime. I mean do the Gundam pilots look 14 to you, or does Ichigo from Bleach look 15? On top of that, everyone looks the same age anyway, so really it's nothing more than some backstory info in my eyes. Yes, it is really short, but I think that gives even more reason to watch. It progresses both quickly and nicely, and it ends on the right note. I haven't seen it in 2 years myself, but the ending still sticks out to me.

lol meh they may look the same, but they aren't. It's just a matter of opinion, I guess. I bet Ichigo from Bleach is at least 18 by now. yeah i've seen way to many anime to actually remember every single ending. I can't even remember the ending to Boys over flowers (korean drama...2008 or 2009...i forgot)

Again, I don't think it's weird since she isn't a kid. I don't remember how old he is, but it's not like a 10 year difference is uncommon if that's the case. Hell, my dad was 32 when he married my 22 year old mom for example. Whatever floats your boat though, but I still recommend it.

sometimes its not very healthy to have a 10 year difference (not to be offensive) because one might pass on much earlier than the other...and some become miserable when their spouse pass...
yea well, i'm a little glad she was AT LEAST 20 or so....but it would've been better if she was at least done with college...cuz most people marry after college

A really great newer romance anime is Hanasekeru Seishounen. It is really interesting and sort of has a reverse harem theme. I also really love Fruits Basket, Cardcaptor Sakura, and Vampire Knight.
