The manga hasn't ended yet :O So theres still the chance they could go off on a tangent

Yeah, probably. But right now, the manga's at like chapter 98, but the anime's at the manga chapter 42 or something, so it's still gonna be awhile until the anime might go off of the storyline.

I watch fma brotherhood from begining.
is better than fma and i hope for a better storyline and end.

I'm just really dissapointed in the music.
The first season had better. :[

but of course the storyline is going to be better since its actually following the manga.

I watch too... I watched the first series and the film, and think considering it was none cannon was great. As for Brotherhood I feel cheated. They said they were gonna do it as the manga is... but they keep missing stuff out and what not.
However as annoying as that is I can't stop watching it, because of the awesomeness. >.>

I saw the first series and the movie and thought that both were a great piece of anime. Watching Brotherhood is like watching a completly new and exciting anime and feeling a sense of similiarity at the same time. The only complaints that i got with the new series is the way ED and Mustang were drawn. There faces have like a squared shape to them unlike in the first series, other than that i completly enjoy it

Description; Spoiler Two brothers lose their mother to an incurable disease. With the power of "alchemy", they use taboo knowledge to resurrect her. The process fails, and as a toll for using this type of alchemy, the older brother, Edward Elric loses his left leg while the younger brother, Alphonse Elric loses his entire body. To save his brother, Edward sacrifices his right arm and is able to affix his brother's soul to a suit of armor. With the help of a family friend, Edward receives metal limbs - "automail" - to replace his lost ones. With that, Edward vows to search for the Philosopher's Stone to return the brothers to their original bodies, even if it means becoming a "State Alchemist", one who uses his/her alchemy for the military. Spoiler And you gotta admit the fight with Lust wasn't as epic as it was in the manga. Plus the way Barry the chopper died was incorrect.
