Not 100% confirmed but on Wikipedia it stated that there is 57 episodes planned so far and it will begin airing on Dec. 13th 2009 so just in time for the winter season.

btw, i did a little searching and i did not find a thread like this so sue if there is.

Well if this is true all I can say is:

Anyway, I checked it, but if they're going for a full-year anime, then they might have to cut some since one chapter is pretty much double that of a weekly manga and there are more chapters than planned eps.
On the other hand, the ep-page ratio doesn't always work, and I think the adaptation will work out nicely.

Just hope it isn't ridiculously censored, Seishi does have quite a bit more nudity in his works than his brother.

Since the 1st chapter, I've been wanting the anime version of 666 Satan!!!
I hope it won't be a lame remake of the manga like Rave Master...the end just sucked (=.=)'
Eh there's more nudity than in N?
Never paid attention then...not like it's ecchi anyway!
I found this manga just fantastic, I really look forward watching the anime

Alright, supposedly out today!
No mention of it being subbed however, but I've done a little to spread the word.

I think we should all help out and bring this anime to light, it's not even out on MAL from what I could see.

Well, it's too bad but we should call it quits in that case, not even the supposed studio has any news on it.
Still, there are plans on it, from what I hear. It's just never gotten around to being made.
