Mirai Nikki - Anime Discussion

Ye I have problems with little kids being main characters in animes. I dunno why. I mean I'm all okey with them being in animes but dont put em in lead and make them fight.

Well it is alright if it is a kids cartoon but most anime's are not directed at kids or at least not the ones we usually talk about. My problem is kids being portrayed sexually. This also depends, I find young people teens or almost teen who like each other cute and can approve of them having strong feelings etc.

What I can't handle is the adult with the child thing, the only time I made an exception to that was Loveless but I did struggle with that one, however it does make you think over is there ever circumstances where you would see a situation like that differently.

But we can't talk about young ones without talking about Elfen Lied. As much as I liked the anime they overdid it .

But I just can't buy little kids as characters. Many of the anime I've been suggested I drop out only cause the mains were lil kids.


I was thinking about droppin Mirai Nikki too but I made myself watch few episodes and it got interesting.

My daughter keeps telling me to watch Elfen Lied, don't know much about it, when you say kids what age are you talking, Naruto is my favorite and they were 12 when it started, but I can see that age as older if they are thrown into a world where they have to mature quicker. Now if you mean younger then that, or ones that look younger then that, then yeah I don't like that either.

I don't really recall but there are kids from 10+. U should watch it, if nothing, just for pure gore of the series. It's a lot of darker than this series.

elfen is nice thats for sure i guess the difference is just the taste "kind" of animes that picks our peculliarity thats all maybe

I've read somewhere in this thread that Yukki can become crazy and those 2 then become the craziest duo ever. I hope not. I know this sounds hursh but I hope he kills her at the end xD.

although it pains me to say it due to i like yuno but i cant help to agree with you, yuno is definitely needs to be killed later on the run shes just too risky to be around.

I may watch elfen sometime I heard it was gore filled.

For this series I have seen just enough spoilers by accident to not comment on those last comments. What I would like to see is more of Akise
