Well this is my opinion:

Yes, it is ecchi, and a lot. I personally don't like ecchi. The reason I started was because of my friend. But, I didn't regret it. If you put ecchi part aside, it has a pretty interesting story and some nice action. Really unusual for that kind of ecchi anime, and it ended up being a pretty nice anime overall. You won't regret watching it, that's for sure.

special 4 was a bit funnier than the previous one, dont you just hate it when you are watching an ecchi anime an your imouto suddenly enters in your room?
