2012 - the end of the world or just another year

Some of the theories I heard in the news were for example that on that day the normal solar erruptions would be so strong that they would change earth magnetic field somehow and it would break up and the sun would burn us all.
Another theory was that a super vulcano would decide to break out at just that day and darken the whole planet and all plants would die out because of lack of sun and hence the plant eating animals and at some point we as well.
Alos the aliens coming was another theory and one of my personal favourites the Earth decides to stop turning at that day destryoing the earths magenetic field and the ozone again grilling us all by the sun.

Yeh well.. That won't work where I am. It's clearly impossible for any significant amount of sunshine to fall on England so the aliens can do what they want with the ozone and grill the planet. It will still be cloudy over 'ere

Well for you we still have the supervulcano erruption so don't worry...oh and a theory I forgot appearantly on that day somewhere on the planet you can see a blood red moon......which was observed the last time when jesus were born ...yeah very scientific anyway....there are two theories either jesus will be reborn and eternal golden age blabla or...the destruction theory Satan or Anti-Christ will come and start the Apocalypse......with fire,magma,lava 4 horsemen devils and everything included....and only the non-sinners will be saved aka killed and brought to heaven.....so yeah everyone is screwed if that happens the Aliens and Zombies included.

well its always interesting to have one of these "doomsday" kinds of things. makes you remember that death is still a thing, weather you or anyone you know hasn't experienced it rite now. though we dont know when and where, we just know it will happen and you won't be able to stop it or know about it before hand.

Well I remember one of my first teachers in university said from the moment someone is born he or she only goes to death....we can prolong said journey..but we can't stop it from ending.
